Purchased a prime in Nov 2021. Tracking says bike is out for shipping to your address in Jan 2022. It is now Mar 2022. Support ticket opened, and the next day my entire $4k order was cancelled with a due in 7-10 days full refund.. ( WTH )?.I thought Dubai was the land of Big Baller Companies, and if your not, just say so BUT STAY IN TUNE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!. Be About Your Word! Yes, I would love to own one maybe two Nireeka bikes but! CANT TRUSS YA!... Update Information: Nireeka Refunded ALL of my money that was spent on this purchase today, WOW! My bike was mostlikely BORROWED at the shipping location, it happens. So I will order another bike and see if I can finally get to enjoy one..

My 2 bikes have been ordered in November 2020 and by now Fab 2022 have not been delivered! Last track was in Nov 2021 with „label created” message and link to UPS but I checked with UPS and they have never received the goods to ship! After multiple „support tickets” I received no effective support and no answer. Very traumatic experience and extremly bad treatment of the customer!
Finally the bikes arrived - and they are great!

This is a birthday present for my husband. He always checks their shop's website every now and then especially their Nireeka's backpack which is the most lacking essentials for him for his biking needs. I know he will be more comfortable riding while wearing this backpack with him! This is a great purchase and he will love this!
I love my E-Bike from this shop so much! It has made bike-riding pleasurable again. I've got used to the very slight delay and the surge as the power kicks in. It's whizzing me up the hills just as effectively as my other bike. In my opinion, there isn’t a company out there that is comparable. Good luck to all on your e-bike search!
I had to replace my stolen bike and during the covid lockdown, it was hard to find something reasonably priced. I was lucky enough to find a great deal on Nireeka's. Great smooth, light, and comfortable bike! It’s fair to say that I’ve never been so happy with my purchase.
With so many shops inflating prices during lockdown it was refreshing to buy from a company that kept the price fair and was so efficient with delivery. I would recommend this company to everyone wanting clear easy advice. I've already told a friend about them & now she's looking at a bike from them.

today 20 November 2021 I don't know anything about my order. the company's last response, in spring 2021, was that my order will be shipped in August. Another three months have passed and of course we know nothing, and no response from the company.

It has been over a year since I ordered my Prime and after more then 19 excuses they do not reply. I sent an inquiry to sales as to the current delivery and they responded with 4 months, 2 months in shipping, and ask support why they are stating this and yet can not supply me with my bike. Even the sales person, Chris Bailey, would not respond when I emailed him the same question. There are a lot of ebikes out there that have a company that stands behind them. AVOID Nireeka
I've tried a couple of different brands for motorized bikes but always ended up refunding them due to the lack of quality. These guys really did blow it out of the park with these since the quality is through the charts. Love it!
I ordered and paid 3 Nireeka bikes in 2018 via Indiegogo campaign.
Only 1 bike was sent and delivered in 3 years. Additionnal costs (>30%) had to paid prior to delivery to cover transport and delivery taxes. Backers have been informed by Nireeka it was due to their lack of knowledge in international trading...
The bike received in 2020 was not in good shape because of transport condition (rear wheel and crankset were veiled).
No help at all from Nireeka since my last message to their support asking for un update. It was 9 months ago...
I am still hoping my 2 other bikes will come one day but reasonably do not know what to think.

Update : since my first message, I rapidly got an answer from Nireeka (thank you for that) saying that they are not able to send the bikes in my country and proposing a refund within 2 months.
I a am sad waiting such a long time and not receiving the bikes. Indeed, the product is really amazing... All the process is very painfull. Waiting 2 additional months to receive my money back is quite long. But as long as they proceed to a refund, I can manage it. Let us wait and see...
I raise my evalutation with one more star and will update my comment in a few weeks.
I purchased my Nireeka Prime in October 2020 and it was to ship December 2020. After months of excuses from them they ran out of flat black paint so I had to change colors..... supply chain issues etc....
It finally shipped in April 2021 and because of the the shipping issues going on I did not receive the bike until September 15, 2021. I was told they were going to give me a back pack for my delays and they forgot to do that. My bike arrived in good shape and after getting it all assembled it turns out there is an issue with the motor. I can't get any pedal assist when ridding and nothing going up hills or pushing on the pedals for the torque sensor to kick in, nothing. I have reached out to Nireeka and have spent the last 3 weeks getting the run around from Jack and Andrew. Andrew told me the back pack probably got lost as lots of things are getting lost in shipping these days. Jack keeps asking me to send photos of my controller and I do but get any response from service or support. It will be 1 year in 2 weeks, Nireeka has had my money for almost a year and I still don't have a bike I can ride.
The bike is really nice but with no support from Nireeka its is simply a bike that does not work!
I ordered the Prime e bike in July, 2021 and received the bike in perfect condition in September. I watched a YouTube video about assembly which was straight forward and simple. The bike is very well made and it rides like a dream. Very powerful and looks great. Amazing customer support and quick to respond. Very happy with this purchase!😀
