I organized my first participation on a WCS IM 70.3 with Nirvana. The organization was fast and very competent. During the preparation of the journey, on site in Taupo and back to airport. A very well support on site, done by a wonderful team which helped in all situations. I would choose Nirvana every time again.

Dedicated bike mechanic in case something happens to my bike during the long air travel was a major stress relief. The dedicated mechanics in the transition zone on race morning were also helpful. I really like the organized tour of the swim exit and transition area. Harvey Lyons was helpful in answering questions. Took advantage of the line skipping at the store/check-in and for the included medal engraving. Is it worth the price? Probably not. Is it useful? Yes.

I traveled to Abu-Dhabi for the Spartan race world championships, the Nirvana package is perfect, everything is included from arrival to departure. Steven, the on-site manager, is incredibly kind and caring. The guide Sylvana was extraordinary, always smiling. Only good memories, I recommend without any hesitation.

I had such a great experience with Nirvana Europe during the Spartan World Trifecta Championships in Sparta, Greece! The bus was allways on time for the pick-ups and drop-offs, and the staff were so accomodating and caring when I got injured. A truly dediacted and attentionate Nirvana team. Thank you all!

Enquired about the Great North Run Packages for 2025 and because I had left it late the majority of accommodation had sold out , so I sent in a hopeful email if there was any cancellations to let me know , within 24 hours I received an email back saying a place had become available which they would reserve for me , I duly booked it and they even arranged a shuttle transfer to the race start on the Sunday Morning for me . I deal with lots of companies on a daily basis , but not many as professional and efficient as Nirvana . Keep up the great work .

My experience was great. Mark helped me out at the California IM 2024. Kamie helped me out at the Oregon half 2023. The bike mechanics were great nothing was stressful every thing went as planned. Really like to get the chance to go the the store before the crowds. lol..
Would recommend to use the Nirvana in the future.

The entire staff of Nirvana was extremely helpful and communicative. The trip went amazing and we were able to enjoy our time rather than navigate the various hotels transfers etc. The staff was friendly, helpful and always on time. I would highly recommend this to anybody who is looking to hire a service to help them streamline their vacation.

First time I used Nirvana service because general entry for registration was sold out, not really disappointed with this kind of service, had the good feeling that Nirvana team was always available and ready to help the 2-3 days before the race and the D-day, personally I didn’t need to contact them much, I was just happy to let the mechanics quickly check my bike before the race. As Nirvana athletes we also had a private and extended briefing before the race done by the Ironman staff in the field, and of course I took the opportunity to engrave my medal « for free » after the race ;-) But finally not sure that I could benefit from the full added-value (which was around 300 Euros more).

Matt and the Nirvana team were amazing! Transports coordinated to and from Spartan venues at random times , there was always a friendly driver! Ready at the port, all the moving parts of the trip cared for! Thank you all!! This would not have been as amazing without you!! God bless you!!

This was my first time using Nirvana for a trip to Greece and I found their entire process very easy - registration, hotels and transfers. The itinerary went so smoothly. When I wrote with questions, they were quick with can-do replies. The onsite staff were always handy and available.

Second time using Nivana and cannot fault them - the correspondence pre travel and during travel was spot on. The only concern I had on this recent trip was when we were picked up from Athens airport to go to Sparta the bus driver was using his phone to read messages while driving!!!! Not great normally but when you have a coach full of people it’s very unprofessional and very unsafe!!!!!

It was the second time that I booked hotel and transfer with Nirvana Europe. Everything worked perfect. They also gave me good advices when I asked for help / Information!

They were just amazing! Everything they offered was planned perfectly and the shuttle from Athens to Sparta went very smoothly. It just gives you that extra relief and ease before your race! Definitely recommend choosing Nirvana!

Had the Nirvana team support me at the T100 Lake Las Vegas race this year and could not recommend them more. They made everything seamless & easy, from accommodations to bike checkin/maintenance (even finding a compressor for the tubeless tires I overdeflated!). Definitely will be considering them for every race I travel to in the future!

Nirvana arranged all the airport transportation, lodging and triathlon details for me, so I had a great experience in Lake Las Vegas for the T100 event. I will definitely be working with them again on my next triathlon experience!

Kamie, Mark and Murray were great! They made everything so SIMPLE during a stressful Ironman week!

What I loved:
- Kamie took care of my bookings and made everything easy. She also flexible to add an extra night and used the leftover credits for bike check service.
- I was able to transfer my hotel reservations from IM to another and the process was simple (show proof of IM transfer).
- There were left over credits and that was used towards Bike Check - this was GREAT!
- Murray (bike tech) was friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable, made the bike check quick and easy.
- Hotel was roomy, clean and accommodating. The bike tech also stayed at the same hotel, that made things simple.
- The shuttle for the day of the race was awesome; again made race day easy.

Improvement(s):
- I did not hear about my booking for a long time; I had to email them to confirm. Not a huge deal, but a quick follow up/touch base would have been good.

Super convenient and great addition to our race week. So nice to get a quick bike tune up, stay at host hotel on site and right by transition and finish line.
Every Nirvana team member we met with and talked to was positive, encouraging and we felt like they were there to help make our experience better!!
Yes it costs a bit more, but we highly recommend if you can!

One of the best things I did when signing up for an IronMan race was adding Nirvana. Worth every penny and won't race without it. -Ken Waters
