Service and GTLS replacement
I’ve just got my Nite Icon back from the service department. After a decade of hard use, it needed some attention. It has come back as good as new - crystal replaced, GTLS markers replaced (and now back to full brightness), ready for another decade of reliability. Reasonable cost and timeframe for an overhaul, too. I continue to be really impressed with both the bulletproof watch and efficient company. Thank you.

What can I say,, they know what they are doing
What can I say,,, been trying to find a watch that I'm happy with for years, as in style, readability, toughness,.. my new nite hawk, does it all,, i don't know I'm wearing it straight out the box,, very smart looking watch that can be read any time of day. I work nights so a watch that I can look at the time if I wake up and not have to spend time trying to focas to read the dials means I can go back to sleep as I'm still in my rest mode and not had to put the light on just to check the time.

Replacement Nite watch strap
Hi - I was looking for a new strap for my Nite watch - asked Nite who pointed me towards suitable replacements. My order was received within 48 hours and is a perfect fit. I have had the watch for 30yrs and wear it every day inc swimming in the sea. It has never let me down. All good.

Hello Naser, thank you for your feedback, your order is showing as still in transit, as of 17/5/2026 it was released from the Fedex hub in Riyadh and on its way, scheduled for delivery today before 8pm.
We apologise for the delay but, we have no control over the delays caused by the current situation in the Gulf, we state on the website that we cannot guarantee exact dates due to the airspace closures and changes to local delivery teams. We cover the additional cost of sending via Priority Fedex to try to negate these delays but, it is not always possible and therefore are sorry to see that we have only been awarded 1 star.
If only every company was this good.
I bought my MX10 some 15 - 16 years ago and, whilst it has had a fairly hard life, it has never let me down, only needing very occasional battery changes.
At the last battery change a problem with the waterproofing gasket was noted by my local technician.
After contacting NITE I sent the watch to them sort out the problem and carry out a full service overhaul.
NITE's communication with me was superb and the returned watch is now in fine fettle ready, I'm sure, to give me at least another 15 years of spot on time keeping.
