East to order & arrived with a fitting tool

As usual, outstanding service from the team and really quick turn around on my watch service. Amazed that the watch is still going strong after ten years of rugged use, probably even abuse.
Nice to chat with Roger in the office and even he commented on the "rugged" look of my aging Hawk.
I'd recommend the watches if you need a no frills, bombproof timepiece that you can rely on through thick and thin.

Great customer service, fast delivery and fantastic watch

I messaged Nitewatches with my question and I was directed to what I needed straight away (rubber strap). It was a bonus that it was also reduced. In a few days from order it arrived and is exactly what I wanted.

I bought this watch for my elderly brother who has limited movement. He loves the illumination at night and the quality of the watch, so easy to see the simple clear dial.

I am involved in a lengthy conversation with FedEx/US Customs, providing pricing on watch components and describing the watch and its strap. No support from Nite. Nite's email, which was provided, is not a correct one.

The first thing to note was my email was answered the next morning after emailing the night before! I explained my financial position and with great understanding from them, they allowed me to purchase one of there watches by a deposit system (they hold the watch until fully paid) like high street jewelers do, I have four months to pay. I have found it very difficult to find an online watch company to offer this service. A fantastic understanding watch company, ⌚️ I highly recommend.

I live in the United States and have different watches to choose from. I chose the NITE Horizon because I wanted a high-quality watch. The NITE Horizon clearly meets my expectations. It’s a beautiful watch and very comfortable to wear. I had excellent communication and service in order to achieve my purchase. The team was most efficient in responding to my every need and I look forward to the years of enjoyment of owning the watch.

Ordered new strap.Arrived in good time. Well wrapped.
Added bonus was provision of new pins and tool to facilitate strap change which meant I could change strap myself without having to take watch to jeweler.

Just received my new Nite watch in orange, just beautiful. This is my second Nite watch. My first Nite watch has run perfectly for 10 years with just one battery replacement just recently!! Amazing!! On my new watch, I needed some help with US Customs and Nite support staff were right there to help guide me thru the delivery process. Nite Watches are truly great watches, and great people!
