Arrives when he says he going to arrive. Explains what he is doing as he makes a diagnosis, Then informs you what he is proposing to do and how much it will cost. It is then up to you. I would definitely ask

Problem solved
I had problems on reception on two out of three tv's which I could resolve myself.
Phone call to NK resulted in visit next day .
The diagnosis showed the problem which was fully explained and faulty boosters etc were replaced resulting happy customer .

Turned up on time for fitting an Ariel
Turned up on time for fitting an Ariel, taking down the old one, fitting 3 tv points. It poured with rain and he was frozen but he never complained and did a good job showing us everything was working correctly when he had finished so yes I would recommend based on our experience,
