Not as advertised...very misleading advertising...responce to review - IRRELEVENT
It took several emails from myself chasing up the order. It eventually arrived 4 weeks after placing the order. There are no labels attached to the garment I.e. size, contents, washing instructions, manufacturer, country of origin. It is described on the Web page as cashmere but it is nothing like cashmere. I have requested details on how to return but received nothing.
I have responded to response to my review requesting photos. Photos sent, received the following response:We’re very sorry, but unfortunately we’re unable to proceed with this request as the 1-day after-sales period has already passed. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
NOT SURE WHAT THEY ARE REFERRING TO - CERTAINLY NO REPONSE TO PHOTOS OF GARMENT DISPLAYING NO LABELS. HAVE GIVEN THE ITEM TO CHARITY.

Scam drop shipping site.
Firstly for anyone who has been scammed by this website, the products sold are missing care and textile labels, making them illegal to sell in the UK. This means you can charge back via your bank even if you used a debit card, just log it as a fraudulant purchase and confirm this with NOBA lifestyle via email including pictures of the faulty product as proof if required by the bank at a later date.
Issues in more detail -
1) This is a drop shipping website with all items coming from China not the UK as indicated on the website.
2) Returns are at your own expence to China.
3) Items have no material tags which is illegal in the UK.
4) There is no way to know what items are actually made of but it is not 100% cashmere as advertised.
5) as these products are illegal to sell in the UK they should offer a full refund with no need to return items but the customer service ignore this fact.
6) they are paying for 5 star reviews which I have reported and have actively been taken down by trust pilot.
I will be reporting this site to the relevent authorities in the UK.

This is a scam. They refuse to accept my return. I have sent more than 25 emails, and they keep lying by claiming they are having issues with the manufacturer. They have been saying this for over three months now.
The shipping company has provided proof that the return was sent and delivered, yet NOBA denies everything.
Absolute no-go these are scammers. I strongly advise against buying from them.
As you can see in their answer, they state that there is a 14-day return policy, but the package is shipped from China, which is not mentioned on the website. Because of this, by the time the package arrives, the return period has already expired.
Nevertheless, an email was sent and they provided a return address. The item was returned immediately, within two days after receiving it, which cost €40 in shipping fees.
They then requested additional information and acted as if everything was in order, but after that no further response was given. In addition, the product quality is heavily exaggerated on the website.

No labels in the sweater at all, not cashmere and much too small. Return policy is not correctly stated on their website which is against shopifys policy because there is no company address - it’s in China and costs $100 to return one item that cost $160.

It took 3 weeks + to receive it.
Once received it had no tag, looked like it was a return item sleeves were worn. It did not look new. I contacted the company SAME DAY I received, they asked for photos which I provided. After waiting for another week, they said they can NOT refund me !!

You will also be responsible for the shipping cost back to China.
We ordered 2 “cashmere” sweatsuits. Unfortunately, because of the lack of labeling, you cannot be sure what materials it is comprised of, what size it is or how to clean it. Absolutely NO tags.
Their website shows no signs of the product coming from China.
When you call the customer service number, the person answering the call acts like he is not with the company. Totally oblivious!
Do yourself a favor and research first.

While I appreciate that time was taken to respond to my post, perhaps your company can use that same amount of energy to make it clearer that:
1.YOUR PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED FROM CHINA AND IF THERE IS A NEED TO RETURN, SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE IN EXCESS OF $100, which will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
2. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO CARE LABELS ATTACHED TO YOUR CLOTHING,making this a potential nightmare when it comes to dry cleaning.
3. YOUR COMPANY IS VERY RESISTANT TO SOLVING ANY ISSUES VIA PHONE CALLS OR TEXT MESSAGES. The amount of requirements to get to the point of a solution are utterly ridiculous.
Buyers: PLEASE proceed with extreme caution.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel the order at this stage, as it has already been processed in the warehouse and handed over for shipping.
Once the order reaches this point, cancellation is no longer possible.

My experience with NOBA has been extremely disappointing. The products I received were of noticeably poor quality and absolutely not what was advertised. After this, the return process turned into a complete nightmare.
Despite following the instructions and sending the package back as requested, NOBA repeatedly failed to take action. More than 35 emails later, the only response provided was that the 14-day return period had supposedly expired — even though the delay was caused entirely by their own confusing communication and lack of support.
In my experience, NOBA does not handle returns honestly or transparently. The information they give keeps changing, and customers are left without any real solution. As a result, I lost €200 with no product and no compensation.
Based on my experience, this company behaves in a way that feels misleading and unreliable. I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when ordering from NOBA.

I ordered a pair of size 43 shoes... they delivered a size 41. The quality of the shoes is terrible (they seem to be made of plastic)... I have written to their customer service several times, who responds with an initial email and then regularly disappears... absolutely NOT recommended.

I just received my 'cashmere' hoodie
I just received my 'cashmere' hoodie. It doesn't seem like cashmere as it has a slightly rough texture like wool. There is no label on the garment therefore I just have to assume that it is cashmere. I will not purchase anything from this company again.
The price I paid was good for Cashmere but expensive for wool!! The reply does not address the problem of what kind of fabric the hoodie is made from!

It’s a scam, I spent around 500 euros on clothes from this store, wrong sizes, bad quality, they say it’s made in Italy but after all everything comes from China. They sell products that don’t exist, very different from what they promote.
After some days they said they would return 40% of the money, the money never came, soon after I sent another email, they told me they had processed the refund but still nothing happen, at the end, it’s a fake company, selling fake items, literally robbing people.
