Its literally a scam

I ordered hundreds of $ in cloths and went one up from my normal size to find that the cloths run about 3 or 4 sizes too small. I requested return information and was offered 30 percent on a near 300$ order. I pressed to continue with a return refund and I eventually got a return address and its in China. So shipping from the US cost me near 100$. Overall its a massive lost of money. But even as a store i cannot recommend it. The materials felt very cheap mainly the shoes. I am following in this up with it has now been 5 MONTHS since I have been talking to customer support and about 3 MONTHS since they received my items back to their location.

The return was issued and sent within 4 days total time, well within the 14 day “policy” the company is literally lying ,against proven fact and email receipts, to keep and steal your money

BAD Company

They advertise fast US shipping but everything comes from china. Sent me wrong size 6 weeks ago and they can’t tell me if and when they will deliver correct size. Blaming their supplier but can’t tell me anything or offer refund. Stay away from these guys!!!!!

Faulty product even worse support

Pls dont buy an outfit from Noba. We bought an item in two different colors. We ordered the same size for both. After waiting 1 month for the clothes to arrive, we found out that one outfit wayyy smaller than the second outfit. Even tho it’s the same item but just in different colors. Their support has been so disorganized . It’s been 3 months trying to get this rectified . Never again! Save your time and money! Trash company

PURE FRAUD!

I am amazed by their impudence. This supposedly trustworthy store is a front for the trade in counterfeit goods, to which are added unfair commercial advertising and practices, even criminal (fraud)
Absolutely none of the products sold meet minimum standards in the field.
Basically, you can't promote a clothing line assigned to Italian fashion, with products from the Third World.
It's fabulous that they are apparently willing to admit this, and FALSELY offer you a remedial solution: partial reimbursement of the related amount, due to high shipping costs. Then, ignore the messages until you give up - 90 DAYS!
PURE FRAUD!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I never write reviews but DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I experienced exactly the same as others where the quality is junk, the things I ordered came too late for when I needed, and when I said I wanted to return the things, they offered me a 30% refund to “avoid the hassle and expense” of returning something to China. Then they offered me 40% off. I accepted and kept the clothes. THEN they emailed saying that there must’ve been some confusion and that they don’t give refunds unless they receive the merchandise… when literally THEY OFFERED IT! I don’t care what form letter they respond with to this review saying they are so sorry about my experience. They are not. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

An absolute shit.

An absolute shit.
1. The quality of the items is not acceptable at all. It says line yet its nowhere near that.
2. Return policy: you can send it back within 14 days without any issues. BULLSHIT! No return address, they say its very complicated to send it back to china
3.refund policy: they generously offered to pay back 40% though I signalled to them I want full refund and return. Guess what: the 40% still hasnt arrived.

40 days and I haven't received my order or a refund

It's the worst experience it's been 40 days and I haven't received my package or refund. Customer service respond after weeks it's terrible experience. Don't get fooled by the beautiful pictures on Facebook their Chinese shipping service is crap. I'm disputing my charge with the bank now this is really frustrating

Terrible experience

Terrible experience! The products arrived in awful quality, so I asked to return them. Instead, they offered me a 40% refund, which I agreed to. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received a single cent, despite sending multiple emails. Completely untrustworthy company!

Don't be fooled!

I saw this brand on Facebook and I wish I never clicked on the link. I ordered 2 large size shirts and they were anything but large. My wife wears small sized tops could wear these as a overshirt, they were that small. They state on their website that returns are no questions asked but they don't offer a process to make a return. When I emailed their support department they responded that a picture was needed to begin the return process so I took a picture of the shirts in their packaging and sent it to them. Here was the response, "Shipping items back to China can be a hassle and costly, so we’re excited to offer you an alternative solution.
Our manager has approved a 30% refund on your total order, which we believe is a fair and helpful offer. We genuinely hope this resolution meets your needs and encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity!"
