They don't do refunds at all they just offer discounts till you stop 40% is the max do not buy

Sent out shirt and shorts and the quality was like tracing paper. Tried to send back but they offered me a discount as the shipping was to expensive to China. They sell complete TAT. Stay away!

Do not order from the NOBA under any circumstances. The size didn’t fit, and I’ve been sending emails for 15 days requesting an exchange with no proper response. Extremely disappointing!

This website is a scam; all of the products are shipped from China, and the quality of their shirts are poor. I usually am a Medium and everything was two sizes too small. Please stay away. Their website is also a scam; I've left reviews on their shirts but you never see them either.

Red flags straight off. Ordered a pair of suede clogs. Got an immediate confirmation email that, for various reasons, raised immediate suspicions. Sent an email to cancel my order, all within a half hour of making it. Unfortunately the money was already gone from my account and it was a weekend; otherwise I would have phoned the bank to see if it could be stopped.
Got a reply from noba to that email ... something about order already having moved to fulfillment or some such waffle. (Within a half-hour of ordering! Really!) An excuse not to cancel either way.

I already knew that I was probably scammed long before getting anything in the post. Well the order finally did arrive. Clogs look ok but definitely not suede(as advertised) – it is some thin synthetic material that has a horrible chemical smell from it. I had to put them outside in the air, the smell was so awful.

I'm still within the time frame to send them back but, reading others' experience here with that scenario, it would most likely just incur more loss, frustration and lead nowhere in the end.
The bin might be the easier solution but I think they really belong in hazardous waste. Feel so sorry for the poor people who have to make them.

Best I can hope for is to save others from this awful business, dodgy as hell and based in China, which I didn't realise in the beginning.
Please BE WARNED. Avoid and spare your cash!

Furthering on my adventure with Nobalifestyle, Customer "service" is non-existent. It's taken weeks to get answers and none of them good. Instead of sending a return postage sticker for a shirt that is surely mislabeled for size, they expect me to pay for it to be shipped back to China and IF everything checks out they will review it for a refund. DO NOT BUY from these guys.

Do not order anything from this website! I’ve ordered loafers, shirt and trousers. Everything was wrong with sizes and the quality was crap. After receiving my items I have contacted them to return all this as I wasn’t happy with the quality. Extremely poor customer service is an understatement. Finally I’ve managed to send it back and paid £35 for postage back, however now my parcel is stuck in customs for over 2 weeks. They have asked me to put value of £25 for the parcel, but I’ve paid £87 for it and that’s what I’ve put sending it back. Probably I won’t receive any refund, but I want to make sure that other people won’t make my mistake. Stay away from them.

Avoid. Like a raft of other similar companies that have sprung up online through social media platforms. The designs look great online, the two shirts ordered took 6 weeks to arrive, neither were the right size when delivered and the striped polo was made of the material we use to make tea towels in the UK. Had the look of a striped tea towel too. They are based in China any problems and you have to pay to return these items to them at your cost. It’s a scam. I’d have done better to buy two shirts that didn’t fit from a U.K. seller, and then thrown £35 in the bin. Would have saved the admin and trip to the post office.

It took weeks for my shipment to be “delivered” and it never made it to my front door. I work from home and it just never made it to me. Now Noba is trying to push me off onto their shipping subcontractor for a refund. Terrible customer service.

I was excited to order two complete outfits with linen pants for an upcoming vacation to Mexico. After about two weeks the outfits arrived. Both linen pants were extremely tight in the rear and clearly see through, more so than you would expect from linen pants. One the shirts was marked as a large but I couldn’t even get it over my head. The other shirt was made of very flimsy material.

I contacted NOBA to receive a refund and they required me to send a picture of each item. They then offered me 30% refund because shipping back to China was costly. When I said no, they offered me a 40% refund to save on costs to mail back to China. When I said no again, they finally sent me an obscure address in China where I was instructed to send the package by USPS and state the value was less than $25 so it wouldn’t be picked up a tariffs (hmmm - illegal!).

I’ve informed NOBA that I am disputing the purchase with my credit card company because the sizing of the clothing was not as advertised and deceptive return practices that could put me at risk. Do not order from this company unless you want the same hassle as we received (and multiple other reviewers on this site).

NOBA has consistently replied to poor reviews saying “just send us your order number and we will make it right” … no they won’t. But to make sure you know we are a legitimate purchase, our order number was N9342.

Beware, this is direct from China junk. I know a lot of clothes are made in China, this quality is like 80's China quality. Says easy returns, nope. I've sent 3 emails and they want me to take pictures of all the items plus the mailing label on the package. Who has time for this nonsense. Ordered XXL thinking they would be smaller but not this small. They fit my 110lbs daughter perfectly. You've been warned.

Their patience with my ( it turned out) unnecessary complaint about the time.e it was taking for delivery.
On receiving my order theite.s were exactly what I wanted and the fit was perfect. I will definitely use this company again.

I ordered some clothes (order #N9822), but they didn’t fit. I sent a return request by mail today (31/07/2025). I’ve seen many reviews mention issues with returns, so I’m leaving this at three stars for now.

This is a chance for the company to show that their return process works. I’ll update this review once I see how things go.

Do not order from this company. Their website says no questions asked when it comes to returns. I ordered several items and the material was cheap and it did not fit. I wrote them and asked to return. They actually attempted to haggle with me. They said they would be willing to refund 30 percent because returning things to China is a hassle. I said no. I want a full refund. Then they wrote back saying ok, spoke to the manager and they have agreed to refund you 40 percent which is very gracious. Yes, gracious they said. Please do not order from them. This is ridiculous.

DO NOT ORDER! This company is a scam. Clothing came damaged, wrong sizes and veryyy cheap quality. Linen items were not linen as they stated 100% polyester on the label. Its been over a month I have been requesting a return with a return label they should provide as the items were damaged and not what I ordered. Order#N7427

Items, not arrived. Contacted multiple times poor customer service and having to sort it through my bank.

Please save yourself the time and avoid this company, I should have checked reviews prior and it would have saved me this hassle.

Do NOT purchase from this company. My husband bought a cashmere lounge suit, and it was tiny so we contacted them for a return. We followed their instructions, they confirm receiving it but said they received one shoe. Now they want pictures of the package when we mailed it. We've been waiting for a refund and contact to no avail. Buyer beware!

Items came in perfect condition, well packaged and super speedy delivery.

I got my order within 24 hours, but sadly had to return it because the size didn’t fit me. The return process was super easy, and I got my refund quickly without any issues. This is a small company, but they really do things right. I wish all big brands treated their customers like this!
