Got a back mount for my christmas from my girlfriend. Belt system for kitesurfing. It did not last 2 minutes on the water. The second a small wave hit the mount, the stick detached. I almost lost my go pro. I could reattached the mount to the belt after, as the plastic got deformed and wouldnt hold anymore. Terribe quality.
We have been trying to contact them, but no response a month after the first email.
Pure scam.

The shoulder mount harness came off the back plate in my first 20 minutes of use.

Poor customer service.

I wrote a few times no one answered

Did not receive my order and they do not respond to e-mails.

I also bought the harness mount and used it for the first time today with my $400 insta 369 camera. I was kiting in 30 mph winds in Maui and within 5 minutes of being out the bracket that holds the pole snapped and pole and camera are gone. So pissed.

I ordered they harness mount for instal.
I payed 150 dollar for the product and 30 dollars more for the delivery.
They said the delivery time is Untill one month. It took one a half month and when I tried to ask them why it take so long no one respond me.
When it arrived I asked them a technical question and they respond me after 2 minutes.
Then I send them message about that the mount is shaking and they didn’t respond.
I tried the product for the first time , 10 minutes after I use it for the first time it broke and I lost my camera .
Afcourse that I tried to reach them on Instagram Facebook and email and nobody respond me on that.
I really recommend to not buy anything for the insta from this company.

After about 3 weeks of no shipping and every week they told me it will ship next week I asked to cancel order and get refund. They canceled order a week and half ago, with no refund. I’ve had Apple Card bank get involved. Don’t purchase from this company. Go somewhere else.

I bought the The Harness Mount 2 i May 2024 for windsurfing. I used it only 4-5 times. It already broken in the palstic base. The quality is unacceptable for windsurfing or kite surfing.

I receive my order on time and the product seems well build! No issues compared to others.

Basically stole my money, paid for a product that was supposed to be available . Been 2 weeks product isn't processed . They have not answered email or thier chat . Do not buy from them

There are so many negative reviews I was reluctant to purchase from NoirMatter. But their V2 Harness Mount looks like an innovative product so I took a chance. The product arrived on time (shipped to Canada), and without any surprise taxes or duties. Assembly was seamless and the product seems to be high quality. Two comments. 1. The full pole (3 pieces) seems a but heavy, but I suppose that means its a solid product - and I can always use one or two of the pole parts for a shorter & lighter pole. 2. The plastic piece connecting the pole to the harness is snug and secure, but it does wobble a bit. It's not the same as the metal fitting shown in the assembly video (they have changed to plastic). I'm thinking some plumbing tape will fix the wobble.
Contrary to all the negative reviews, my experience has been very positive.

I bought the kite mount, the quark stabilizer 2, and the kite harness mount. The kite mount and the stabilizer seemed well made. I tested the stabilizer in the pool by briefly submerging it on a selfie stick for a few seconds. The stabilizer started to power on and off automatically and eventually stopped working. Next I tried to use the kite harness mount a week later with my go pro 360. for some reason the camera tightened to a position that was not suitable for the angle of the lens. I put a little more pressure on it to spin it to the correct position and the screw on the end of the pole broke off with very little pressure. I have tried to contact Noir Matter by email several times and by chat but have had no success. Their customer service is terrible. I was not able to find a phone number to call. So long story short I have spent several hundred dollars on their equipment, used it zero times with full failure of 2 out of 3 items. I would have given them the benefit of the doubt had someone reached out to me or tried to correct the issue. DO NOT BUY.

Follow up on previous review Noirmatter, as promised. After several unsuccessful attempts to reach customerservice, send back the faulty Quark 2 stabilizer to Santa Monica. After 2 days I got an offer via email to replace the Quark 2 stabilizer and kiteline mount at an 50% discount. Given the circumstances a fair offer.

To summarize: please upgrade Noirmatter customerservice, only the confirmation of receiving feedback would already greatly help. Noirmatter’s replacement offer is fair, no complaints there.

Bought the kiteline mount and Quark 2 stabilizer to film kitesurfing via a GoPro. Total $249,98. Delivery was quick enough to Europe, no complaints there.

After 1 kitesession, where the Quark 2 stabilizer was submerged for several short times, the Quark 2 stabilizer “died” while recharging. It functioned normally during the whole kitesession, but now it is completely “dead”, and doesn’t respond to anything. Furthermore the kiteline mount broke in two falling of a table, on it’s own weight(!).

These items are promoted by Jake Kelsick and Damien Leroy (well-known kitesurfers) for use during kitesurfsessions, but in my experience the Noir Matter products lasted only one session.

I’ve tried to reach customer service for a week now via chat, email and Instagram. But no one answers. Which I find below standard, especially considering the purchasing amount of $249,98.

So please consider this before buying anything at Noir Matter. Of course, if I do get a response or refund/replacement, I will share this here.

I ordered the kite line mount amd was lucky enough not to buy anything else. The shipping options or lack of have a lot to be desired. The product was shipped but looked to have stalled in Las Vegas. I messaged them and never received a response. I emailed about the estimated delivery date and the stall and never received a response. I emailed again and received a response asking what my problem was, stating they gave me the tracking number. I told them it was very unproffesional. They immediately emailed me back stating I said it was STOLEN! I never said anything of the sort. They also said I appeared to be in a bad mood for communication and there were better things to worry about. You are better off staying away from this company.

The picture for the kite line mount shows the stabilizer with it...so when I bought the kite line mount I expected the stabilizer with it...someone else had the same issue and they have not changed the picture...my guess now is that they did this on purpose to get you to buy the mount, then you have to buy the stabilizer which is way way more expensive...I thing this company is a rip off artist and I will not buy the stabilizer as a matter of principle...I also see that the review say they break easily...very poor reviews overall...don't trust them...I am completely frustrated and disgusted by Noir Matter

Kite harness mount was faulty and broke after 2 minutes use. Customer service says that they do not give any money back and stopped answering. Even blocked from social media.
Won’t let it end like this…

The quality of the kite line mount is not good at all. After 3 kiting sessions, the 2 nuts that hold the main screw simply came off. It is unusable now. I am outraged. I strongly advise against buying noir matter products.

I probably should have started here. I expected the kite line holder and gimble all together as that's how it was represented in the advertising and the photo on the invoice. What I have received is just the line mount which is way more expensive and not even as good as alternatives and wont even fit the gopro with it's waterproof housing. Total waste of money. I feel ripped off!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You will be sorry! I purchased a Quark Gimbal Stabilizer for my GoPro--never used it once and sent it back for exchange because the rubber seal around the charging port was defective. I have never heard from them again and I am out the money. This is the same as stealing as far as I am concerned. How are they still in business?

Hello guys I would like to inform you about @noirmatter. I don’t know if there products are ok but the customer service is unnacceptable. I had ordered a product from them more than 2 months ago and I still haven’t received it. Also I have asked them about where the order is and they suggested ME to contact with the courier service and even when I did it and the courier informed me that they don’t know where the package is, the @noirmatter wouldn’t want to refund my money.
