Overall happy with the network reception although there were times when I couldn't connect to the internet despite being in a metro city in the US.

Ip egress went in HK, which caused a inconvenience for some of the experience, despite the fact that it was demonstrated Nomad doesn’t go through HK

I buy it and it basically installs itself. I tried using another ESIM but I had to replace my original ESIM for my country and this has really messed up my phone. I will stick with Nomsd for the while

i had no service many many times in normal places where other people i was with had service and it just had a lot of issues with making me have a new number and i could send or receive texts from my personal number

Just got back from two weeks in Europe. Buy an eSIM card worked out perfectly and made the trip way better. You were by far the cheapest option for data service. I did a lot of research and I’m so happy that I chose Nomad.

Do not purchase the China ESIM. Purchased 5 days unlimited plan, connection has been patchy the whole time, today it failed completely while I was at a restaurant. No data meant I couldn’t pay for anything, had to hotspot off a stranger. Couldn’t get a DiDi back to the hotel and had to walk 4km.
I have asked for support 3 times now with the patchy connection and now no connection. Have done all the trouble shooting measures 3 times now before they said it’s a network wide outage? The AI bot told me to uninstall my eSIM and reinstall as a trouble shooting measure. Luckily I have used an eSIM before and knew if I did that I would be %!#!ed. I want my money back. Use another eSIM next time.
