The NOOSA-Amsterdam brand produces handmade leather accessories, personalized with interchangeable chunks. Each chunk has a particular cultural or spiritual meaning. A beautiful accessory or personal talisman is up to you! The brand was founded in 2009 by two Dutch entrepreneurs. In the 15 years of the brand's existence, our most popular products, leather bracelets with interchangeable chunks, have won the love of thousands of customers around the world. Now new products appear four times a year. We have chosen a strategy for releasing capsule collections, which allows us to create a limited number of unique, relevant, high-quality items. Original line: leather bracelets, belts, bags, scarves and key chains with bases for standard size chunks. Petite line: leather bracelets, belts, and 925 sterling silver rings with bases for Petite chunks, which are half the size of chunks in the Original line. Relic line: 925 sterling silver earrings, rings, bracelets and necklaces, as well as interchangeable pendants made of natural materials that complement them. Leather accessories are made in the Netherlands and India, chunks are created by artisans in Nepal, Indonesia and Peru, and jewelers in Thailand are responsible for creating jewelry. Superb quality, fully handmade, fair trade standards, and attention to the smallest details distinguish our products. NOOSA-Amsterdam is a tradename of NOOSA-Amsterdam Lab B.V. which is registered at Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce nr. 72190388.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

The jewellery arrived faulty, so I requested a refund including return postage. They would not pay the return postage, and only allowed "7 days" for the items to reach them, from Australia. I'm still fighting them for my money. Do not buy from this disgraceful business. If I could give zero stars, I would. And, to be perfectly clear, I will be fighting Noosa Amsterdam for my refund IN FULL. The self-serving response left from Noosa Amsterdam is exactly what I would expect from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
PS:- After reading the response from this disgraceful company, I'm not surprised. They blatantly lied to PayPal about the items not being faulty. I "DID NOT" attempt to defraud them in any way, and I certainly did not try to scam this company. In no way did I tell PayPal that I returned the faulty items. To do so would mean that I'd have to provide a tracking number for the parcel. Their claims against me are self-serving, and are blatant lies. I am of a reputable character, and these people need to take ownership for their mistakes.

Dear Natalie,

We strongly reject your accusations and would appreciate it if you refrained from distorting the facts. After a thorough review of the images of the items you received, no manufacturing defect was identified in any of the products.

Your order was paid via PayPal, which offers strong protection for both buyers and sellers. We fully cooperated with PayPal’s dispute process and submitted all requested documentation. After careful examination, PayPal ruled in our favor, which clearly demonstrates that your claims were unfounded.

What we find particularly disappointing is that you falsely claimed to have returned the items, while in reality no return shipment ever took place. You attempted to keep the products while simultaneously demanding a full refund — a dishonest action we do not tolerate.

We treat all of our customers with respect and fairness, and we expect the same in return. While unfortunate, we are relieved that the system worked as intended in this case and protected us from what appears to be a fraudulent claim.

We sincerely hope you find a more honest and satisfying experience with other sellers in the future.
