Scam-Based Business Model – $70 Stolen Without Clear Warning
NoPing is a predatory and deceptive company that charges users without any real consent or clear notification. I was charged $70 after a so-called "free trial" that I never agreed to continue. At no point was I shown or asked to accept any user agreement that mentioned automatic billing. Their "free trial" is a trap designed to silently switch you to a paid plan.
Let me be very clear:
❌ I did not receive any warning email or popup that money would be charged.
❌ I did not authorize this transaction.
❌ I never signed any agreement about automatic renewal.
This is a classic scam strategy – lure people in with a fake trial, then charge a large amount hoping they won’t notice or won’t fight back. Their refusal to refund clearly shows their business is built on dishonesty, not service.
Their customer support hides behind a so-called “company policy” that conveniently benefits only them. When confronted, they give robotic replies like "we're sorry but we can't refund," regardless of context. It's an embarrassing level of customer care and a very lazy scam.
Let’s talk about the product:
The "ping reduction" service is unreliable at best, with no measurable improvement in most games. There are free or cheaper VPNs that do a better job. This company offers nothing of real value, only empty promises and a trap to charge you.

After the 7-day trial, NoPing will still charge you €58, no matter what, because there is no way to cancel during the trial period. You click on "Cancel subscription", then you're taken to your billing profile where it says "subscription interrupted", but after 7 days they still charge you. And the support won't help you because they want to see video proof of your cancellation attempt.
I'm now going to file a chargeback with my bank to get my money back. This is fraud on a huge scale. I've never seen anything like this before—absolutely insane

Dont use, you can use another better app, ping not improve, reduce FPS and scam company. After 7-days trial they will automatically pay 39$ subscription for a year and you cant refund including you just pay 5 hours ago.

Noping charged me immediately after the trial plan of their services, but I did not want to continue using their services because there are no servers I need, I canceled the subscription but the money was not returned to the card

Complete Scam! Cheating People Out of Their Money!
Response to NoPing:
They sent me an email that states “we’ve seen that your plan is going to expire in 0 days 9 hours, after the days expire, you will not be able to access our service, in case you want to renew your plan just click here” I DID NOT click the link to renew my plan because I “did not want to access their service any more.” I should not be charged for and expired plan and I DID NOT click on the link to renew my plan.

Terrible the tweaks did nothing and the faking in reviews is insane I don't recommend this website because nothing works on it, and it just gives more delay.

**Scammers! Dishonest and irresponsible!**
Noping is an absolutely untrustworthy company. After signing up for their **7-day free trial**, they automatically charged me **€50** without any warning. I received no notification from them or my bank. The charge was neither for a month nor for a year, but for a **random amount they arbitrarily decided** after the trial period ended.
When I contacted customer support, they refused to refund my money, even though I hadn’t used their service after the trial expired. This is **a complete scam** and unacceptable behavior toward customers.
**Advice**: If you don’t want your money taken without your consent, **stay away from Noping**. There are much better and more honest service providers out there.

I never heard of NOPING until it tried to charge my credit card. I declined the charge, my cc company sent me a new card, NOPING tried to charge my new cc again, I declined again, my cc company is sending me a new card again. I don't know what to do with this kind of scammer.
I had never heard of this company nor signed up any trial nor have an account to login in to unsubscribe.

Hi, as someone who used noping, they sent me emails saying my service was going to expire and then they would charge me, would not recommend. Here is their email:
"We would like to thank you for using our service, we've seen that your plan is going to expire in 0 day 0 hour, after the days expire, you will not be able to access our service, in case you want to renew your plan just click here"
And then weeks later, they charged me.

i was using the free trial and didnt realise id signed up for it to be renewed and now i have had money taken out of my account i have cancelled the subscription therefore a full refund would be greatly appreciated
Hi NoPing Team,
I’m really upset and frustrated right now. I signed up for the free trial to test your service, which required me to enter my credit card details. After trying it out, I looked everywhere to cancel the free trial so that no money would be taken, but I couldn’t find any way to do it.
I ended up forgetting about it and went to sleep, assuming nothing would happen. But today, I saw that you charged me for the subscription without any warning or email beforehand. This charge happened about four hours ago. I don’t think it’s fair to just take my money like that without notifying me first.
The money you charged was part of my savings for college, so I’m really upset about this. I need that money, and I didn’t mean to subscribe. Can you please review my account and issue a refund? I’d really appreciate your help with this.
No way of contacting you guys
Thank you,

No way to contact this company. I accidentally put the wrong email address for the 7 days trial and trying to contact them for 4 days already and still 0 replies.
Update 1 (23/12/24): I received the response but they responded with the wrong email and thus, the issue is still not resolved.

Didn’t work at all, made the ping even worse, used 75% of GPU and CPU. Couldnt cancel my subscription, was charged fully for it. Dont sign up for trial ITS A SCAM.

Reply from NoPing
Why isn’t it easier to cancel?? I also only wanted the free trial and nothing else and they go ahead and charge me $65. WTF. I cant seem to do anything just on my phone. Also, it says my free trial expires in an hour, why would they charge me now??. I would like a refund please, my card is blocked because of this.
