⚠️ Be extremely careful with this service. The app itself worked, but money was being charged quietly without clear control. After the trial, it even attempted to charge $42 — luckily,... See more

I've signed up for a free 7-day trial, and on the 5th day, I paid for a monthly subscription. When my free trial ended, they also charged me for a yearly subscription. Tried to get a refund, but they answered me some bullshit about their refund policy, and I won't get anything back.
After going on Reddit, I've seen that people call it a literal scam. So stay out!

It's the best VPN I've tried, it has no interference with other servers and even sends you to a specific server and never fails.
i got charged for 60$ after i canceled the trial ( i canceled it litteraly 6day before the end so im not too late) so no i losed 60$ and i cant even use noping

Signed up for their 15-day free trial just to test it. On the last day they sent me a “trial ending” email literally 1 minute before charging me, and it was in Portuguese so I couldn’t even read it in time. Right after that, they hit my card for $57.89 for a full year.
I canceled immediately and asked for a refund, but support flat out refused and hid behind “policy.” They don’t care about customers, it’s a subscription trap designed to trick people into yearly plans.
Plenty of other VPNs treat customers fairly. Avoid NoPing at all costs.

I have signed up for a trial but I had zero improvements with noping. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel the trial. When the trial was over, I was charged for a whole year and cancelled right away since I have no use for noping. I got in contact with noping to get a refund since I'm not gonna use it and cancelled on day 1 of the charge. Through support I was told that it is what it is, they won't refund me. I asked to escalate my issue, but I don't think anything will change since the agent said "I should let you know that the same information I shared with you will likely be provided by them as well, since this is a company policy.". So that's their policy, no flexibility. My situation: I've been charged for 1 year of a service that I have no use. So be aware before using their service.

I signed up for the NoPing 7-day free trial on August 10, 2025, at 9:43 PM EST and downloaded the software at 10:07 PM EST. As of August 17, 2025, at 7:27 AM EST, my account still shows “Free Trial Phase”, yet I was charged $60 USD for a subscription renewal. I have proof of all timestamps showing I am still within the 7-day trial period.
This clearly violates NoPing’s own Refund Policy #7, which states users have up to 7 days from the start of the trial to cancel without exceptions. Even if they claim time zone differences, it still has not been a full 7 days anywhere in the world, so it doesn’t change the fact that this charge is premature.
Their support often replies with generic instructions to “click cancel,” which is useless when the system charges before the full trial ends. Other users have reported the same issue.
Extremely poor experience — service didn’t work for me, and their billing practices are misleading
I originally tried NoPing months ago on their trial, then canceled.
On 08/08/2025, I decided to come back and purchased a monthly subscription — all fine. But only 7 days later, on 08/15/2025, NoPing charged me again for a yearly subscription without my permission, and without canceling the monthly plan. Now both are active on my account at the same time.
I never upgraded to yearly, never agreed to two subscriptions, and this is clearly a billing error. I contacted support with proof (screenshots + receipts), but they have ignored my messages.
I’m now taking this to my bank for a refund and posting this so others are aware. Always check your billing if you use this service.

I activated the 7 day free trial 1 AM my time on last Friday, Guess what, they charged me 60 dollars TODAY on Thursday at 7 AM. I am not a mathematician but that is not 7 days. They claimed since it is their time zone I got it on Thursday, which is totally fine by me, however in that case the purchase happened on 8 PM Thursday their time, yet I was charged 12 hours earlier.
Their customer service is useless and they claim they can't do anything, which is fine because I am confident I will get a refund from paypal. It is just really scummy. On the app there is a countdown for when the free trial ends. Mine says that the free trial ends in 4 hours, yet I was charged 9 hours ago, which by definition is a scam/fraud. I know that they will reply to this review with their same copy paste bs, and to that I want to say that I have read your terms and NOTHING in it shows that you had a right to charge me this early. The only thing it says regarding it is that the I have up to 7 days after the start of the trial to request a cancellation. Well 7 days is 168 hours and it has not even gone 160 hours since I bought it. I don't recommend anyone getting this, stick to Exitlag even though it may be more expensive. If you decide to get this free trial then pay with paypal so you can get a refund in case the same happens to you.
First of all no improvement at all. 2nd I am stil waiting for my steam gift card after my costumer review. So just another scam! Price crazy too!
Terrible customer service. I couldn't refund at all and was never told about no refund policy. They took $58 from me terrible company

I had a terrible experience with NoPing. I signed up for the 7-day trial, and the service didn’t work at all. I tested multiple games (like Battlefield and Payday), switched modes and servers, but there was zero improvement — in some cases, it made things worse.
After the trial, the subscription was auto-renewed to a yearly plan without proper notice. Even worse, I later discovered that the trial price renews at a higher rate than the normal subscription, which feels intentionally misleading.
I contacted support, but they were unhelpful and unprofessional. They refused a refund despite everything. This is not how a serious company should operate. I do not recommend NoPing at all.

First of all, the product does nothing. Literally nothing.
Second, i paid for a month to test the product, and was subsequently charged for a full year without my permission. Do NOT download this scam product

I signed up for a 7-day free trial with NoPing expecting to evaluate the service without any long-term commitment. At no point was I clearly informed that the trial would convert into a yearly subscription costing $57.90. The information about auto-renewal was hidden in small print and not explicitly acknowledged with a checkbox or warning before completing registration.
After the trial ended, I was surprised to find a full annual charge applied automatically via PayPal on June 29. There was no reminder email, no confirmation prompt, and no chance to opt out before billing — all of which are standard practices in ethical subscription models.
When I contacted NoPing to request a refund, they refused, citing Brazilian law and their terms of use — despite the fact that the billing was handled through PayPal and should comply with PayPal’s own consumer protection policies. Their support accused me of deception simply for requesting a refund, which I find highly unprofessional and dismissive.
This feels like a deliberate subscription trap, relying on fine print and lack of notification to lock users into a long-term commitment without consent. I have filed a dispute with PayPal and strongly advise others to avoid using this service unless you're prepared for unexpected charges.
NoPing must be held accountable for deceptive billing practices, and I request a full refund of this unauthorized charge.

Be careful with the free trial!
I signed up for NoPing’s 7-day free trial and forgot to cancel. I was charged $50 without any reminder or warning.
I immediately contacted support to explain that I didn’t use the service and requested a refund. They refused, saying it was against company policy — even though I never used NoPing after the trial and PUBG blocked it as cheating software.
I’m very disappointed with how they handled this. No flexibility, no understanding. I do not recommend NoPing if you're just trying it out. Be very careful, or you might get charged like me.

i bought a sub for noping when playing ff14 and during the time i was using it there were intrusive ads popping out now and then, masked as "service notification center". Every time you delete the folder, it comes back when you relaunch the application.
Now im done with ff14, when I tried uninstalling noping this app makes me fill out a survey, that DOESNT WORK. NO MATTER WHAT REPLY I PUT IN, IT DOESNT WORK.

Disingenuous business practises.
This company relies on subscription traps to gain it's customers.
I don't expect this company will last long.
My son has lost £40 of his pocket money to these thieves and I'm going to take this as far as I need to take it to get that money back.
He is within his 2 week cooling off period, but I don't think that carries much weight when you're dealing with this kind of company.
Avoid like the plague.
How very kind of you. You'll allow my son to pay but not receive even your very poor service.
Let's see what the bank says and what people have to say on social media.
