I made an order online for some liquids for my car, which included 3x500ml of brake fluid and 2x 5 liter green coolant, which was the classic IAT one.
I visited the shop later in the afternoon, after I had received my message that my order was read. Long story short, they gave me 1 out of 3 brake flud containers, which I had to go back and retrieve the last 2, but the biggest issue was that the coolant that I ordered, was not in stock in the shop. I was told to come back after 2 days, in the evening, and that it would be available. Visiting the store after two days, they told me that they still did not receive the coolant, but they suggested me buying two other green coolant containers. I had asked twice if it was the same type with the one I ordered, and they confirmed that it was.
The weekend arrived and I prepared my car to do a water pump and a coolant change. Something was telling me to double check the coolant and google the brand. It ended up not being compatible, as it is an OAT coolant, not clearly stated on the containers and found online.
My mistake for not checking at the shop, but also now I had to pause my car maintenance and spend double the amount of money, to order from amazon instead. Not ordering from there again, unless I want to waste more of my time.

They were laughing on the phone, because I didn't understand. In the end Norauto was lying about the reason the appointment was canceled.
Poor service
Our Skoda Roomster had a front bulb out so we went to the Elche store to buy a new one. The lady was very helpful & even came out to the car park where we turned the lights on so she could sell us the correct one. We went back in he store & purchased the bulb, receipt & picture attached. Once home we went to replace it & noticed it did not fit it was the wrong one!
We went back to the store a few days later & explained & just received a shrug. We asked for the new bulb to be fitted & we’re told to go away & return in an hour. We did so but the car had not even moved or been looked at. Again no apology, so we waited an extra 30 minutes, paid & drive home. We live about 20 minutes away from the store & once home realised the bulb was not working again.
Twenty minutes there & back might not seen much, but there is the cost of diesel to o & out time. We made contact online & booked an appointment for 9th February at 11.00. Please see proof. Once we arrived at the store we were told this was an appointment to come in & make an appointment another day for the work as it could not be done then. Why make an appointment just to come in & make another one? A waste of time & fuel again!
We then returned on 11th February at 16.00 & after another wait were told it was not the bulb but the light fitting & that they would get a price and let us know. We confirmed all the contact details & to date have had no message nor price. We cannot return for a fifth time & to say we are disappointed is an understatement. We emailed but received no response.
Mistreated
During a recent visit to Sant Cugat Norauto, I experienced an unprecedented level of mistreatment during a simple tyre change, an experience uncharacteristic of my fifty years. The staff openly laughed at customers and appeared fully aware of their mistakes. I advise caution when considering this establishment, which holds a low review score of 1.6, reflecting its reputation. I hope the management considers constructive changes to improve their service quality.

Au moins six fois, tous les cinq à six mois, je me suis rendu au garage à cause de ma climatisation. À chaque fois, ils ont fait l'appoint de gaz. Ils m'ont toujours dit que c'était normal et que la climatisation n'avait PAS de fuite. C'était bien sûr un MENSONGE ! Hier, ils m'ont soudainement dit que la climatisation avait une fuite et que NORAUTO ne pouvait pas la réparer, que je devais aller dans un autre garage et qu'il n'y avait plus de garantie. Remboursez-moi mon argent. J'ai déjà dépensé au moins 1000 euros pour RIEN. Je me sens complètement trompé par NORAUTO.
NORAUTO LES ARCS is a disaster!
At least six times, every five to six months, I was at the garage because of my air conditioning. Each time, they refilled the gas. They always told me that this was normal and that the air conditioning had NO leak. Of course, that was a LIE! Yesterday, they suddenly said that the air conditioning had a leak and that NORAUTO couldn't repair it, that I had to go to another garage and that the warranty was no longer valid. Give me my money back. I've already paid at least € 1,000 for NOTHING. I feel completely cheated by NORAUTO.
A real disaster
A real disaster, had to come 5 times to replace a tire because the new tire was bad and they wanted to charge for an extra tire because they tried to argue it was my fault. It also took forever every time. And always adapt to their wishes. Avoid if you can!!!
Cancelled my planned repair appointment
Order 4 tyres on 5 September to get an installation date on 12th of September. Received a phone call last night that the tyres are there but they cannot see a workorder for tomorrow, so the installation has to be cancelled and rescheduled. I cannot drive the car (failed ITV), have been waiting for a week, took off from work, and now their incompetence has become my problem. Last time I do business there.

I bought a new battery 120€ after 1 year it fail, so as it had a 2 year guarantee I took it back, did you fit it, yes I said, then you have invaded the guarantee, we should have fitted it, what I said and be charged Labour, not on your life. So they refused to change the battery, today I went to buy a new radio, 3 people I spoke to not my job see my colleague, I eventually see some body who was good. But the rest Nourauto are bad news this one is in Mijas costa

Returned 2.5 hours later car not been done.
Apparently they couldn't see the car, parked out front and didn't think to call, WhatsApp or email.

Had a puncture in my back passenger tyre.
Booked the car in at Norauto in Fuengirola to have it fixed at 14.30 the next day & left the car & key with them.
By 16.30 they hadn't called me so I called them four times over the next hour but got no answer.
Called into Norauto in person at 20.00 to be told that they couldn't repair the tyre & that they had called me three times.
I showed them my phone to show that I had no missed calls from them but they weren't interested & insisted they had called me.
An absolute waste of time.

We had blown it up to get it there.
A young lady came out took a look at the tyre & said we cannot repair this as it's been run whilst flat , you can tell by this mark on the tyre ?
She then went on to say we do not stock this tyre so you will need to purchase two as you need both to be the same on the axel.
The price quoted was €108 each.
The vehicle was found with the flat tyre after we returned from our weeks vacation.
We blew up the tyre and went straight round to Norauto.
I then got out of the car and explained it had not been run flat & the tyre was completely repairable.
The young lady said that was our only option & told us if we wanted it done to make an appointment.
We then took the car to Nuemart tyres just 10 minutes up the road .
They took one look at it quoted us €20 as it was an easy repair & to pop back later that afternoon.
I only put 1 star review as I could not put a 0 .
Totally robbing people into paying more money than needed especially those who do not deal with this sort of thing to often.

Tried twice to get brakes repaired
Tried twice to get brakes repaired. 1st time said was brake fluid that had just been changed 55 Euros. 2nd time told no problem so not repaired then gave a list of work needed including in this new brake discs and pads. I was told this was needed for itv. It passed with no work done.
Terrible service at Norauto La Zenia
Hit a curb and damaged a tire. Car stuck at the spot. Got the tire off and took it to Norauto in La Zenia, because they advertise themselves as a tire shop.
After cueing for a looog time to get someone to talk to me, they fund out that the tire that I needed was not in stock, and it could be delivered in 5 days time. After it then arrived, they could fit it after another 7 days.
Not an ideal timeframe, but I felt obliged to book a time for the fitting, and they wanted a 50 Euro up front payment - which I reluctantly paid - ln order to secure the booking.
I then immediately went elsewhere in Torrevieja and had another tiresshop supply me with 2 new tires, which they fitted immediately.
Now I went back to Norauto to have my deposit refunded, and I was here told that I was lucky to return the same day as I made the booking, because had I waited one day my booking fee would have been lost.
….and here is one more example:
I bought a new car battery which I fitted myself. I was told that if I returned the old battery, I would get a 10 Euro voucher to be spend in their shop. I went and picked up some car cleaning stuff, and I was refused the use of my voucher, because the car cleaning gear had the original price reduced by 2 Euro. OK then - just take my voucher and reduce the price by 8 Euros! That was refused.
Needless to say, but I will not be using Norauto again, and I will certainly not be recommending them to my friends either.

Went to norauto murcia for 2 tyres and mentioned it had failed an itv. The tyres were good and at 80euros reasonable. The car failed on 3 computer fault codes and when asked if they can repair the car they said yes no problem.
No they can't repair the problem, they take the fault codes off then when you drive out of the garage they come back on. 285 euros later and cars no better apart from the tyres. It's partly my fault for not speaking Spanish but they never told me they were adding nearly 90 euros of extras on to the bill. Dishonesty is never good business practice.

Refused to help. Wife with child in car had tyre blow out, went to buy a new tyre and have it fitted but refused to do anything. Had to call out a garage to charge the tyre although car was in their car park! Avoid this place.

This Mijas Costa store is a disorganised shambles, purchasing items takes a long time standing in queue because those that attend are sorting appointments or repairs while no one specifically deals with purchases.
When asked if there is one queue or a different queue for each desk they reply 'one queue only', then when someone passes the queue to another desk they get attended to. The who store management is a shambles and would recommend getting your purchases somewhere else.
I ordered a Pioneer radio and speakers…and order is simply cancelled after 2 weeks.
I ordered a Pioneer radio and speakers end of December with a delivery / confirmation date of 9th January. I drove in to pick it up and told to come back on 13th. On 13th I was informed that it was back-ordered and told to come back on 25th. Never was I sent a notice of delay, instead I had to waste my time and drive a total of 60km.
Irate, I complained to customer service (of course always on line) I received a form letter of apology and thanked for my time and effort, but no mention of when I could expect my order or what they would do to expedite. At this point I was very upset and when I wrote back saying this was unacceptable and asking for confirmation of delivery, they just cancelled my order, after over 2 weeks of waiting and holding my money. No wonder Amazon does such a roaring business - local businesses don't care and don't understand what customer service means!!!

I went to have 2 new tyres fitted. They were ordered in and an appointment time made for fitting. I waited whilst they did the job. And waited. And waited. It took 4 hours. Never have I experienced such pathetic service. Orihuela Costa Norauto clearly cannot do a simple task efficiently. Won't be going back.
We had a problem with our car on the right front tire valve…
We had a problem with our car on the highway to Alicante .
The tire valve was leaking.
We could manage it to Norauto in Benidorm shop .
At the road site there was the workshop and under there was the partsshop
There where 3 bridges for the cars free and they were not bussy.
The job that was necessary was 20 min work but they did nothing to help us.
We did not have a reserve tire in the car . And we had to go to gandia.
It was Saturday most were closed.
It was terrible .
