I've made all of my loan payments on time. I need add to it because I had to replace my car. It would cost me an extra 40€ a month for the increase on my loan. That's not difficult but hit I took replacing my car is. Why is it that after showing that I make my payments on time, the bank feels they know that I can't afford the extra 40€? Who are they to tell me what my budget is? I have paid all of my bills on time. Flexicredit doesn't seem very flexible.

Their internet and mobile-app solutions are a complete joke. Swedbank were better ten years ago.
I started an free of charge bank account just so i could have a Kapitalförsäkring.
Then they started to take a fee of that account with 39 SEK a month with an 13% interest rate. An account that I dont even use.
Stay away from this bank. If you are into investing, use Avanza or Nordnet instead.

EDIT: Now it happened again. Terrible customer service. I have to contact them because I can not cancel services on my own using their internetbank. I have for days tried to contact them, the biggest bank in northern Europe, but it is impossible. They do not accept cancellations via email so you have to talk to them. In the app it says 0-2 minutes of waiting time but when you try to use the chat they say it is unmanned and that you will have to call them. Then they say 20min waiting time over the phone but when you call them they say that "the line is full and your call can not be handled, call back later". Then you go down to one of the few remaining manned offies which have absolutley terrible opening hours and you will have to wait for hours. There is no one that can spend so much time for such a simple task when you have a job and kids. STAY AWAY!
If possible stay away from this bank at any cost.
They will trick you into paying more, they dont have any customer service (they say they do, but they dont because you cant contact them or when you succeed in contacting them every once and a while, they dont listen... AT ALL!) and they dont run a fair business.
Apart from a terrible customer experience they are also moraly corrupt. They have been saved multiple times from bankruptcy by tax-payer money and now they moved from Sweden to Finland because it is cheaper. They rob thier customers blind but they are quite good at handing out cash to the CEO and shareholders.

I have been trying to call Nordea Foretag for days and the calls keep dropping after I have waiting for many minutes and I keep enter my info and bankId and in the queue again... wait minutes and call ends suddenly(10-15times over many days). I write to Nordea through internet banking - No answer... I chat with a guy and he tells me that he cant help because I havent filled in my KYC(know your customer). He tells me to call.. I explain that I have tried but I cant get through - He says that they dont have any problems with the lines but that doesnt help me. I cant get through and no one answers my mails. He kept saying that call the number and wait... WAIT for what. The call ends automatically!! I asked if he thinks I am lying then the just ends the conversation. I am going to move my business account from them now!!

They did not let me open bank account even when I provided ID card, work contract and payslips. Discrimination at its best at Solentuna branch.

The best service I've had with any bank.
Got my Nordea Account in just 2 days!
I was very fortunate to walk into the Nordea Malmö branch, and was able to sit down within 5 minutes to open a bank account.
I had no clue I needed to book a time for this.. So they were kind enough to let me open the account with them right away! 20 minutes later and I walked out with my papers.. Already 2 days later I received my Mastercard and my account was good to go, Mobilt BankID and Swish was ready to go aswell!
Whenever I call them, I am always properly greeted and helped super quickly and professionally.
Thank you Nordea, for always giving the best service you can.

I was treated like an animal at the Nordea Lund! I was turned down immediately when I kindly asked the staff if she was able to help me to open a bank account. She said I can't serve you now and you need to come here again tomorrow. There were only 2 people in the waiting area and the bank was about to close in 2 and half hours. And, they offered no apology for turning me down. Bye-bye Nordea!

If you're looking to open a business account, go elsewhere. Not only is the staff unbelievably rude, but refers you to one of their competitors instead in an attempt to get rid of you. Ridiculous.
I had an amazing experience opening a bank account in Nordea at Carlsgatan.
Especially I would like to extend my warm thanks to Munir Niazi for his positive, engaging and solution-oriented approach.
For gods sake, stay the hell away from this Bank. It has poor conditions, poor loans and rates, very bad customer support and their online application is horribly outdated. And all you ever do is complain to them while they ignore you and make a fortune. Extremely arrogant behavior. They are also consistently mentioned in the media regarding money laundering and tax evasion (e.g. The Panama Scandal). This is a deeply low moral enterprise and I highly recommend that you stay away from them.
I am no longer living in Sweden and have closed down my account. However, now needed a transcript of a payment done several years ago. Called their customer service who told me they ca not provide me with the info I'm asking for without me physically going into a Nordea office in Sweden! luckily I live currently in Denmark and could easily come to Malmo, but if I'd move to Paraguay, then what?
during the visit in Malmo office, the personnel really had no idea how to do it, it too over an hour and with no results - they could not find my bank account details in the system and asked me to mail them some kind of previous transcripts from the bank! to remind - I was there initially because I needed transcripts from them! luckily I did have some of transcripts saved - so I did that. however, they couldn't email me the transcript I was after - because I had to pay for it. and that can not be done with an invoice for example! so I was supposed to travel to Malmo again once they would find my data! they accepted that a friend would come to pay and pick it up. so all this nonsense of not giving out my data to someone else before now suddenly didn't matter!
my friend comes in to get the transcript and pay - they again don't know what to do - the payment could be done only in cash! which is accepted only in one place in Malmo. however, I was supposed to say my Swedish ID number to my friend in order for him to get my papers.
totally insane!
