I placed an order more than a week but…
I placed an order more than a week but still not yet delivered. Contacted your customer service and replied very slowly and without any meaningful information. I will never order from your website. Can’t imagine having such bad customer service. BTW, I’m still awaiting the delivery information for my order O/N LS6925238. Where is it now? Can anyone tell me?

Long delivery
Hey. I believe waiting for almost 20 days is not normal for a delivery. While ordering, it was indicated that it would be delivered at latest by 20th. It was supposed to be a birthday present and looks like I am going to get it only for my next birthday ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
