Bought two sets of cutlery that were absolutely trash. They were damaged and defective and quite clearly exactly the same ones you can buy on temu and Amazon for a quarter of the price. On looking at the pictures only half the pictures were of the actual item anyway the others are a different shape or perhaps ai. Absolutely morally bankrupt company trying to pass off cheap goods as something they're not. I have now received a full refund after refusing a replacement. Anyone reading this, check your consumer rights in your country and know what they are, they can't demand you return at your own cost if they supply poor quality or faulty goods. Stand your ground. They are chancers and playing on the current Scandinavian trends with their daft name. Avoid avoid avoid
Edit: after reading the reply they still lie, the pictures in the listing are clearly of two different sets, one premium one cheap. You can tell by the bends and handles so make of that what you will.

When you flagged the condition of the pieces, we reviewed your photos, offered a replacement, and when you preferred a refund instead we processed it in full without asking you to return anything. That is how we handle faulty items, full stop.
On the product itself: our flatware is not a relabelled version of cheaper goods sold elsewhere, and the listing photos show the actual item. We hold our suppliers and our own standards to that, which is exactly why a batch that does not meet them gets made right.
We are sorry this set fell short of what we expect, and we have passed the quality and packaging notes to the relevant team.

Customer Service was great
My original order was delivered to a wrong address and after investigation, customer service had another pair of slippers sent to me. Process was a bit long, but the people I worked with were great.

If I could give zero stars, I would!!! Beware! This is a SCAM COMPANY. I ordered Matisse Wall art prints from their website. Before I ordered, I had several correspondences via email regarding quality and expectations. Delivery took 6 weeks and it’s on purpose. It’s so that the money you pay them would have settled in their account so you can’t reverse it with a credit card company. They tried to ask me to pay them via wire transfer and I refused.
Not only did they send me a defective, poor quality item, they botched the entire order. All products received were defective. And it was also wrong order. I reached out to them regarding my refund and they do not want to refund me. They also want me to pay for shipping to return the defective product that is ultimately their fault. I grew more suspicious after they asked me to return product to their USA warehouse:

Hi Ijeoma, we are a legitimate Canadian business founded in Montreal in 2020, and we take serious issue with the false claims made in this review.
To address the facts: you ordered our Intellectual Matisse wall art collection, a canvas print product, clearly described and shown on our website. You received exactly the product that was listed. At no point did our team confirm that the product would be made of paper or to museum-quality paper specifications, our product is, and has always been, a canvas print.
Regarding delivery: your order was placed on April 4 and delivered on May 7. That is 33 days (not 6 weeks) and reflects normal international fulfillment timelines, which are communicated on our website.
You claim we asked you to pay via wire transfer. This is false. Your payment was processed through Apple Pay and Visa at the time of purchase. We do not accept wire transfers.
The return address you posted publicly and called "suspicious" is our US warehouse, the same address our customer service team provided to you directly as the official return location. If you search the address, you will find it is a legitimate fulfillment warehouse.
Our team has been in contact, return instructions have been provided, and we remain ready to process your refund once the items are received. We stand behind our products and our customers, and we invite anyone reading this to explore our website and see for themselves.

A scam, by definition, involves misrepresentation or non-delivery. Every product we sell is shown accurately on our website, delivered to our customers, and supported by our customer service team with a clear return policy. None of those conditions apply here.
Nordic Peace is a curated boutique. We source from suppliers, vet products to our brand standards, style and present them as part of our collections, and ship every order in our own packaging with full customer support. This is how most retailers (large and small) operate. Our pricing reflects the curation, the customer service, and the experience, not just the item.
What is sold on marketplace platforms is outside our control, and the products listed there are not equivalent in quality control, materials, sizing, or buyer protection. We cannot speak to those platforms or what they offer.

Cheap flimsy ring
Fiancé paid over $60 for this cheap, flimsy ring (as seen in the attached photos) for a Valentine’s Day gift. First it arrived much later then they promised. Second, I've been saving it to wear to a photoshoot. Wore it less than 10 minutes and got caught on my dress and broke. Contacted customer service and they can't do anything about it as it's outside of their return period. Very disappointed on the quality of this ring as it looked like it was good quality when he ordered it. Would not recommend to anyone to order jewelry, especially rings from here. What a joke
EDIT: order# 194706. All the rings I've bought before doesn't get caught and bend that easily. It's the cheap material that made it so flimsy. This honestly looks like a dollar store ring as the material is so so thin and pliable. And correction - it was $42 plus tax and shipping = $60.
Also, it was a gift so I would have no idea what the return policy is.

This is our Nordic Women's Oversized Trench Coat, a style that is intentionally designed with a loose, oversized silhouette. This is clearly described on our product page, where we also note that our founder Catherine (5'4") models the size Small.
The short sleeve length you experienced is a direct result of the oversized, dropped-shoulder cut, this is part of the intended design, not a defect. We do provide a detailed size chart and fit notes on the product page to help customers choose accordingly.
Regarding the feel: this coat is made from polyester, which keeps it lightweight and easy to wear. It is designed to stop wind effectively and provide warmth while maintaining a polished look, not to feel heavy or structured. This is all outlined in the product description.
We stand behind this product and its quality. Catherine herself has been wearing this coat for over two years and loves it.

I ordered a nightwear gift set for a friend. But before the package arrive, I emailed and tried to cancel my order. They told me I have to return it to The USA warehouse and I live in UK and I have to bare the return shipping cost. I think its very dodgy and ambigous site, returns are not easy and customer service is not helpful. When you buy the product, they charge you normal UK shipping charges in pounds but if you want to return it, they force sale it. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Poor Quality and Customer services is Trap!
I agree with experience where they say it’s poor quality product similar to Temu with big price label.
I have been back and forth with return email for last one week with offers to get partial refund or 125% credit when I am very clear to return the produce with refund from fist email. Just waste of time!
I have never faced such a bad and difficult return process before .

I ordered the 5 piece pajama set and the patchwork dress a while back as a gift to my wife. After about a week after ordering it say it has shipped and I get a SDH tracking number. The sdh tracking follows it to the Passover point to usps. I was never given another tracking number and the updates stopped at that point. Then just today I get an email at 11am saying that my package was delivered, but it says it was delivered three days ago but I’m only just now getting the notification, furthermore there was no package delivered. I have corresponded with my neighbors and the post office. My neighbors say they didn’t receive it by mistake and the post office says there is no package on their manifests for me or my address for the last 4 weeks. Be weary of Nordic peace. It very well could be a scam. They give timestamps for being out for delivery at 610am that day but the post master says that the postman doesn’t clock in till 730am. At this point I believe I have paid over 100 dollars to be led on for almost a month and then never receive what I paid for.
