10/10 customer service! I had issues with UPS delivery, and Tiia was super helpful with shipping updates/re sending my order. Response time was super quick and friendly, so it didn’t take too long to fix the issue! Would highly recommend :)

I had problems with a brand new Cheyenne Hawk Spirit, Black with 25mm Grip + PU-III Power Supply.

I sended the grip for repair because it had some big problems but PU worked fine, they said it was the best to send the whole orginal package so i did.

I did send all before guarantee-time and they were taking 4 MONTHS with struggle to repair it in Germnay!!

After all, they say they open my sealed repair-package to check that everything worked.

AND WHAT I GOT WAS A DEFECT PU-III back!!
And I don't even know if the grip was repaired, all this is a big scam since they don't care about it.

I have to contact the consumer protection authorities to solve this now, and a police report.

I think any store can have great deals, but you find out what a supplier is really like when an issue comes up and you have to deal with customer service. In my experience, Nina's response via email was incredibly fast; she guided me through resolving the situation and offered great solutions. In less than a week, I had a replacement product, even though I live on the other side of Europe. I will definitely buy from Nordic again with absolute confidence, knowing they provide excellent customer service. Thank you very much for your help!

Last week I ordered the axys valhalla (end of summer discount). Saved me about 100 euro's. Got the machine 2 days later including some nice gummi bears ;-) Perfectly boxed and a great machine so far. So a bit late, but anyway. This guys are the best. i've placed an order which had some problems with the payment method. Contacted them, super quick response. Annika, immediately solved the issue. The shipping was very quick, the products were packed with care, however i've noticed some drops of green soap in the box. I think the delivery guys made some mistake, nothing to important anyway.
Plus there were 2 packs of gummy bears in the box.
This is what i call customer care.
As soon as I need new supplies I will order again from them. Much respect.

I ordered a bunch of supplies from this company. One of the items was damaged (caused by delivery company). I wrote a email with some photos of the broken item, which they responded immediately to. They shipped a new one which is perfect and protected even better. I’m very satisfied😊

Really reliable store. I bought a bishop rotary machine, came in perfect condition and really quickly. the site is very helpfull, since it says what's on stock and what is not, whereas other tattoo supply shops, don't. i also had to contact them, and they where really polite and helpfull. would recommend 100%.
