Website states free delivery over £100!
Website states free delivery over £100. Could not place an order without selecting a paid delivery! Chose next day option as it was only 50p more. Item did not arrive next day or even next working day. I have emailed to request a refund on the delivery price as this should have been free. No reply. I would not have left a 1 star review had they replied and refunded as hubby is over the moon with his purchase. False advertising and poor customer service on high end goods.

We are disappointed to see your 1 star review on trustpilot and sadly you have not replied to our email explaining why your review is a bit unfair as we did everything right so here's our explanation for people who see your review.
We do offer free postage on all full price orders over £75, unfortunately your order was in the sale and that is why you were charged postage. Sadly with us being a small independent retailer we are not able to offer free postage on all orders as we do not get the same postage rates as the bigger companies.
You paid for next day delivery and we did actually deliver your item on time. You placed your order at 4pm which is after our 3pm cut off time as parcels are collected at 4pm by our couriers. Because that order was placed after our cut off time that will then go onto the next working day which is the Monday, so it will be collected on the Monday and delivered to you on the next working day which is the Tuesday. I can see that did happen but you asked for a redelivery for the Wednesday instead. We do state the cut off times and delivery options on the website. Again, we do not have the same options when it comes to weekend deliveries. We do offer a Saturday delivery but that is a higher cost of £12, again, due to us not getting the same rates as the bigger companies.
So we did actually do everything correct and therefore 1 star is a bit unfair, but we understand that you may not have realised there was a cut off time but as shown to you, we stated it 4 times on the item page alone.
Also we had zero emails from you at all until you replied to us.
So 1 star is quite frankly a joke, but never mind, we hope you have a very merry christmas
Bought a pair of black and red…
Bought a pair of black and red gazelles. Cheapest price I could find anywhere but was a bit apprehensive as never ordered from site before. Shouldn't have worried at all. Trainers are perfect and delivery was super fast.

Fast delivery. Easy process only reason it's not 5 is because the box is quite badly damaged and the tags aren't on the shoes which leads me to think they are possibly ex display

Apologies for the state of the box, the only thing I can put that to is it being damaged in transit as we would not have sent it out if the box was badly damaged. As for the tags, that will be down to me removing them to photograph the trainers either for the website or for one of our emails/social media posts as we have to cut them off to take the photos, but I can 100% guarantee there is nothing wrong with the actual trainers. 4 stars is better than no stars so thank you for your kind review :-)

Inter European delivery
I made a purchase from Greece and shipped it to Denmark. The item arrived just on time, the delivery details were just as asked and there even was a 20% discount! And it was applicable to new styles as well! By far the best online quality brand eshop in Europe!
