Great combination of product selection and price, plus an easily navigable website. One of my go-to online sources for tools and equipment.

After the mixup with login ordering was easy

I do not recommend ordering anything online from Northern Tool, because they're selling crap from others by taking your order for them, but abandoing you after the credit card is authorized. Northern Tool sells stuff on their website that they do not otherwise accept accountability/responsibility for. I mistakenly ordered two belts of the wrong size (part number was the same as a GATES belt, but shorter by 3 inches).
No more than 3 miinutes after I placed the online order I noticed the discrepancy, called Northern Tool and explained the problem, asking that the order be cancelled. They told me that the order was taken for another vendor, and out of their control!
Three minutes. I'm out $68.00, since to send them back would end up costing me more than just keeping them.

To start off with the delivery time was very punctual and very fast. I was surprisingly pleased about that. The only reason I didn't give you 5 stars was because of your chat option, I wasn't able to send the message cause there was no send/return tab to press. I needed information on how to return an item that was to large for me. Thankfully I called the# for professional help and this wonderful customer service agent named Kim was so gracious and helpful. She arranged everything for me to resolve my issue. And I love the jacket I bought (quality and price) so I would recommend northern tool in the future.

this is part fedex but i told them i always get a photo of delivery this time i did not talked to them several times and they said they would submit a refund called again about it then they said fedex it was delivered i told them that it was nit i was home all and it was not on my camera either they stiffed me and told me to call the police ive done thousands with them in the past always in the store i quess the want to lose that business over a79 dollar coat if not resolved im done added 2stars the jacket said delivered on the 31st of Oct after many calls and text it was delivered today the 12th of Nov had given up but it is here so I didn't want to give 1star Berne or northern made it right but said they couldn't

they have the things I need

Easy and efficient

Product was shipped directly from vendor so didn't have really good communication with trucking company for delivery instructions or very good delivery dates. On the flip side, the price was very good, shipping time was quick and a missing lid was replaced very expediently.

Everything was easy and straightforward. The only glitch was that I had entered my billing address when creating a login account but had to re-enter it when I checked out my purchase.

Quick and easy to find what you need and to place an order

I ordered 2 jackets and they were never even shipped. Northern Tool has been completely worthless and has not refunded me. Now I'm out the money and jackets. You're better off ordering from eBay or Amazon instead of getting ripped off from these people.

I thought the app page was well set up and I have confidence after reading reviews.

It's always been a good experience. One thing that should be changed is shipping costs. When I check shipping options, I get a quick delivery for $17, a later delivery for $9, and an even later one for $0. When I check out, the $0 shipping is only available if I spend $40 for a year of free shipping. A little deceptive.

Very easy to order, very easy to pay

In todays world one must be exact in what you offer. For years I have trusted northern Tool for selling good products. I hope this still holds true.
