Great people at Northgate
we have lots of vans on hire from Northgate Portsmouth. The service we receive from Lee and the team is exceptional. Great communication and prepared to go the extra mile.
Our account manager Amanda also deserves a shout for doing a superb job.
The accounts team however is a review all of its own....

The clutch started slipping on our van I took it into Northgate's Portsmouth garage and issued with a replacement Van, the team pointed out that the programed mot and service were due shortly and they would complete these whilst the vehicle was in the workshop for the repair saving having to return later for another visit, all done in a couple of days Brilliant Service !!

Long way from home breakdown
I broke down near Portsmouth and was directed to Northgate vehicle hire in Portsmouth.
Within 3hours I was back on the road in another commercial van.
I cannot thank Kathryn and Lee enough for their professionalism in dealing with my situation. Very fast and friendly depot. Thank you. 🙏

(Great experience)
Van was in for a service and mot , usually a painful procedure as I had to swap tools over to a hire van but Northgate vehicle hire were swift with their service. Kathryn was a joy to deal with as she made everything so easy. Dropped my van off swapped over to a hire van and a day later at my convenience it was all finished and ready to collect. Can’t thank Kathryn enough for all her service, deserves a 5 star review for just her alone. Thank you very much and will be using you in the future.

Took my firms hire van in to the Portsmouth branch, was greeted by Kathryn who couldn't have been more helpful got us all booked in very quickly. Gave us some local advice on where we could get a decent breakfast, while we waited for our van to be serviced. On our return she offered us a coffee, while she went to find out how much longer the service was going to take. She was super helpful kept us up to date on progress. Was nice to meet someone who actually cared about the customer. Great job thanks
