Bought the ORG-SL as I wanted something close to a Fender El Rio. This guitar is awesome, as is Lindo's customer support. I asked if they had any B-Stock of this guitar as money was tight at the moment, they took the time to check their floor and stock to see if they did. I bought one a month later with "minor cosmetic defects", took me a while to find the tiny crack in the finish by the nut but it is only cosmetic and you'd never notice if you didn't look for it.

Good guitar, I'm so happy with it. My full size fender acoustic was just far too big to be comfortable to play. On a plus note it also sounds amazing plugged into my orange crush 20 on the clean channel. Don't even need to buy a separate acoustic amp. Though I think I'll be playing mostly unplugged, it is loud enough just not as "big" sounding, obviously.

I ordered an acoustic guitar from Lindo guitars and the order was processed immediately and I had my guitar within 48 hrs.
The guitar was perfect and came with many extras that really pleased me including a capo, spare strings, picks, a gig bag and a cable for electro-accoustic playing. Thank you so much !!

Fast shipping from UK. Arrived in a week. Lindo swapped out the case for me as I didn't like the brown, I chose black. They also added in some goodies to make up for the price difference on the case. They didn't have to do this, so thank you Lindo! I hope in the future they decide to make a Neptune v3 lefty guitar to match my bass. I swear these things have appeal. Be aware that there's import fees as well. Also, UPS sucks! If it wasn't for the case it was sent in, my bass would be destroyed. Shame on UPS! Besides that, My many thanks to Lindo for quality!

Excellent communications, very helpful on my visit and also helped sort out a minor niggle once I had the guitar home. Flynn was my contact and proved to be very helpful. Lindo ORG-SL SlimLine Purple Electro Acoustic Guitar

Had my eye on this for a while and finally decided to order it. The box arrived slightly damaged but this was not an issue as the guitar is extremely well protected in the box with shaped polystyrene.
The finish on the guitar is excellent, no blemishes, and it has a really nice tone.
The built in tuner works well and is easy to read.
A couple of things were disappointing. The fifth fret is low, it visually looked lower than the frets next to it so I put a fret rocker on it and found I could get a 6thou feeler gauge between the fifth fret and the rocker. Amazingly, this somehow does not result in any fret buzz or cause any other issues.
The other disappointment is the machine heads. A couple of them are “clunky” and a couple more have a bit of a slack area where nothing happens when it is turned initially.
None of these points cause any major problems, they are just niggles, and the good points of the guitar outweighs the couple of negatives but as the guitar gets a setup before dispatch I thought these points could have been avoided.
UPDATE
Following several conversations with Lindo regarding my concerns, I have to say that Flynn was very professional and did all that was necessary to get the guitar issues sorted to my satisfaction. I wish more customer service departments were as efficient as the one at Lindo.
My experience rating has been altered to reflect this.

As a left handed guitarist, I have always struggled to find a range of guitars available for me. My wife bought me a Lindo Guitar for my birthday this year which was a lovely surprise and most unexpected. The guitar sounds great and has been set up really well nice and bright with a really good pick up, it is also fantastic value for money and the minor cosmetic blemishes were almost impossible to find.
I would have liked the same sort of choice that a right handed guitarist has with the colours and designs but left-handed beggars can’t be choosy!

The lindo white dove guitar is the first ever guitar I’ve bought as my first acoustic was kindly given to me, it’s been one of the best costumer experiences and the guitar is absolutely stunning, played beautifully and haven’t needed to make any adjustments, thank you lindo!

After seeing guitarist Becca Obeng play Lindo's strikingly beautiful Koya guitar online, I knew I had to purchase one for myself. I ordered it and it arrived quickly. The setup - professionally done before its arrival - is perfect. I also love that the guitar is so lightweight. I can stand and play it for hours, which is great because I can't stop playing it. They included some extras to offset the tariff cost that I had to pay here in the U.S. Outstanding customer service and guitar. I can't believe the value. Thanks Lindo Guitars!

Purchased a lovely looking Bass from Lindo, it was delivered very quickly, was well packaged and nicely set up. The Bass was exactly as described, unfortunately the feel of the Bass just did not work for me, I realised I needed a Bass with a bit of weight - this Bass was so light which would suit many especially youths who if you strap a full size Bass on them must put them off playing Bass?

Anyway, the Guys at Lindo were very understanding when I explained how the Bass felt to me and without any hassle they arranged collection of the Bass from my home and a full refund made. These guys were so professional, polite and friendly it’s shame the Bass just did not ‘fit’ the feel I like. Thanks again to all at Lindo A*

I wanted to do a follow up from when I bought the left handed ORG-SL guitar in October. I've had the opportunity to use this guitar several times in various concerts. I can't begin to tell you the compliments I've received. People love the look of the guitar and they love the tone. I have been playing my Guild for years and never received the compliments I do now. The best part for me, is not only does it sound great, but it's so lightweight. I can play for several hours without any discomfort. And the built in tuner is absolutely fabulous, and by the way, accurate. Thank you Lindo for this wonderful guitar. I have been eyeballing the white dove guitar, and hopefully I can obtain that down the road.

This Kawa bass guitar was purchased via Reverb, which in turn put me in touch with the Lindo Guitars people. (An extra perk buying straight from the manufacturer)
The shipping was as fast as could be expected, coming from the UK to Hawaii, but it arrived without a scratch, sort of thanks to the shipping people along the way handling it carefully.
But special thanks to the Lindo Guitars folks, who packed it especially carefully, knowing its destination.
I love this guitar! Everything about it speaks to me. From the short scale (bass), to the shape, the finish (!), the action and tonality.
The short scale length made it especially welcoming (I'm 5'2"), and it's such a joy to play. I could jump on it straight away, being a “guitar player” without being freaked out by the length.
Many many thanks to Fukui Lin (Flynn), and also to all the staff at Lindo Guitars for making this transaction pain-free (they even sent me a pack of goodies to offset the tariffs!).

I won the white dove Lindo guitar I am very impressed with the guitar it is stunning and it has a very good sound quality. I really appreciated Lindo chipping in a capo, guitar lead, new pack of guitar strings, guitar strap and picks it was really kind of them cause those things aren’t cheap these days. If you are outside of uk please note you have to pay for shipping and also import duties. I didn’t mind since I saved a lot of money cause I was going to buy a new guitar.
