Mark and his team replaced 7 very old windows in my Edwardian property with beautiful wooden double glazed sash windows. They also replaced a door leading to the garden in one of the reception rooms with a beautiful French double glazed door. The result is stunning and has transformed my property. Not only does it look beautiful but external noise is reduced and the house is warmer. Mark's team of craftsmen were impressive. They were punctual, friendly and respectful of our home. Their work was of an incredibly high standard and they worked hard and finished within timescale leaving our home clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark and his team.

We have used North London Box Sash twice now and couldn’t recommend them enough. Mark was very professional and user friendly. He gave good honest advice, compared to other supplier’s and fitters that we consulted. All work was carried out to a very high standard, was clean and tidy, and completed in a respectful way to the rest of the house. All in all, they’ve replaced a total of 17 sash and casement windows, and installed shutters. We will be using them again to replace our rear windows very soon. Couldn’t recommend North London Box Sash enough.

A very professional job from start to finish.
Mark came round on different occasions to measure up and provide quotes.
The windows were made sooner than I was told and the team who fitted them were very professional, even finishing the job sooner than I was quoted. They were very polite and industrious and cleaned up well after themselves at each stage.
I would have no hesitation in recommending North London Box Sash and I now have a much warmer house with hopefully lower heating bills!

Expert advice during the planning phase. Clear quote with clearly written T&Cs. Very good communication throughout. Fitters were careful to protect the interior of my house during fitting of new windows. Punctual and polite fitters. Excellent windows installed with a smooth action. Room temperature is so much warmer and room is quieter.

One of my windows was damaged, probably by a rogue pebble. The guys who replaced it were fast and courteous. It took some time for the manufactured window to arrive, but overall I think that North London Box Sash are excellent.

Quick efficient and no mess

We had various quotes for sash windows and they were all fairly similar. We chose North London Box Sash and are very happy that we did.

We had 3 uPVC back windows and our uPVC back door replaced with wooden casement. The doors/windows themselves are very high quality with a 'solid' feel and the workmanship was top notch. They are very personable and professional (both in the office as well as on site). They worked with us on price and were quick to help when we wanted something adjusted. We will definitely use again in the future and we always recommend to friends/neighbours.

I had two old metal windows replaced with wooden sashes by North London Box Sash. Although more expensive than some other window companies, it was worth it for the quality of the windows and finish provided for the additional masonry work needed for the change in window type. The installers were excellent and finished the remedial work and painting to a very good standard. I will definitely use them again.

Brilliant service all round
The team at North London Box Sash were communicative, fairly priced, and very understanding of needing to work round other contractors on site as we had other building work done in parallel. The finished window is just gorgeous, we would definitely use them again!
