Hi Julie, thank you for taking the time to post on Trustpilot. As you have an initial trial pouch of Arthromend (90 capsules), you should be taking a 3-a-day dose (ideally one after each meal), so the pack should last you 30 days. The reason we say it's 1 - 3 months' supply, is some people have had enough Arthromend to get onto a one-a-day maintenance dose, in which case the pouch will last 3 months, or 90 days. If you need any further advice, please don't hesitate to email me back. :)
We like and trust these folks!
We have been using the daily detox charcoal for several years now and our household wouldn't be without it.
It's probably available closer to home but we like and trust the folks at Not-The-Norm

Minimal ingredients, low waste packaging, ethical company
Shade sunscreen is a straightforward, simple product with minimal ingredients that does what it says on the tin. I am allergic to many chemical sunscreens and this physical sunscreen works well for my skin with minimal white cast or greasy feeling. Out of the many sunscreens I have tried, this is the only one that handles itself well on both face and body. The only downside to buying this product is that it isn't local to Australia, but I am happy to support a company who strives towards responsible sustainability. The packaging is plastic-free as well as the packaging it was shipped in. Would highly recommend.
