Lovely toy ordered online with prompt delivery!

I live not too far from this shop, but what I wanted had a special online only discount.
I ordered some other bits too and got free delivery. I chose not to select the express delivery and went for the basic (no rush) to save them a bit of expense.
I ordered it at 1.30pm and it was delivered at 4.30pm the same day! Amazing customer service.
I would definitely recommend them.

As a message to the mill - if you had click and collect, I'd have been happy to have done that and collected it next time I was passing.

The liquid soap I ordered got lost in the post, although I alerted them to the issue on Saturday night they got back to me straight away. I was sent a replacement which arrived very quickly. The customer service was brilliant and there was no stress with the problem at all.

I ordered a Voyage Maison Bramblewood Cushion on Sunday and expected it to take up to five working days to get to me, the web site did state you could pay for express or next day delivery, but on check out it just defaulted to free post and packing. I was most surprized to receive The Cushion on Tuesday, sent out as next day delivery, which not only is a nice gesture, but totally unexpected!

Cushion wrapped up great and looks great also, would have NO hesitations on recommending The Company and certainly I will be ordering again.
