They did take a while to delive but I’ve had mine for over a year with no problems(except I lost the charger) but the charge lasts along time and I think the sound quality is great.

They were fine for a while, but I dropped mine on the ground and now the magnet is not so good. The sound also is not the best now but they were fine when I first got them. Now I have realized my mistake and I have just bought the original AirPods from apple

I'm not sure why you can't not just put any stars because "Nova Play" does not deserve any. Ordered and it took 4 months to get here and the right one didn't work finally got it to work, and they say you have "5 hours" of uninterrupted sound and about an hour of listening to music I hear the B*%$& say "baTERRY low" and it never connects, I always have to disconnect and reconnect my Bluetooth, or try shutting the case and opening it and now it won't even Pair. So screw you and your knock of Airpods trying to take peoples money.

I order earphones few months ago, after some time one of it stopped working. I contacted them for replace or refund as it was only month old purchase and they demand so much explanation. They asked me many times for a same thing I was thinking they taking the mickey. Over and over they would ask what is wrong and asked me to do video, I did and eventually they said they will send me a new one. I have never heard of them since... I chase them but they disappeared, they deleted my comments on Instagram and then Instagram. Awful scams

This is the worst company! I ordered headphones from them on September 4th. On September 10th, I emailed them to ask when my order would be shipped, as it was passed the 2 day processing time. “Grace” assured me it had been shipped and I would receive a tracking number. On September 15, I told her that I still didn’t have a tracking number...nothing. On the 22nd, I emailed again and told them I would report them to my bank for fraud if I didn’t hear from them in 48 hrs. Lo an behold, I received an email saying they had shipped and I received a tracking number. Well, all they had done was print a shipping label. The package sat and sat until I emailed them yesterday demanding that they ship the package. Finally, there is movement. No surprise, this is a company out of CHINA. Do NOT do business with them. They do not deserve the sales. Oh, and they have had several different URL’s in the last little while. The current one is mynovaplay.com

Shady company! Took my money weeks ago. After I placed my order I got an email explaining I had 48 Hours to cancel. Of course at that point I had no idea the issues I would have. They said they would ship within 2 days but due to COVID it may take 60 days! After awhile I told them I had never been informed of a ship date so they created a shipping label with a Chinese name and nothing has actually been shipped. I would NEVER trust this company again!

Honestly i received my headphones after one month,because of Corona But they work pretty good. The battery lasts a few hours and the sound quality is good. When you are in a call the sound is good too. Is shady that they deleted their page because i wanted to reorder.

Worst airpods ever! I bought them in May, and by now they do not work at all. But this is not the worst part, they almost burn when I was charging them , with no reason, this was so dangerous I am glad nothing happen but seriously they just burn. They melted inside the box they come, and before that the right Airpod was not working. I sent two emails and just one response saying I needed to just charge them correctly. WORST company ever, dont trust them.

Ordered the headphones over 4 months ago. I was promised to recive them in max of 1 month. After this time I started texting the company, where they reassured me that due to high demand there will be delays. It's been 4! months and when I try contacting them I get zero response. Can't even get a refund for product I've never recived!

I shouldn’t even be giving a 1 Star. These earphones die after putting them in for a couple minutes despite charging them over 24 hours. They are just cheap made earbuds. Buy the real thing! And I’ve emailed the company and no reply. They should be sued.

Ordered because saw on Kylie Jenner Instagram stories, paid and still 2 months later haven’t received them, they don’t reply to my e-mails and have deleted their page 🙄

If I could give them a zero star review I would. They came in a timely manner, charged them but once went to use, only one of them was working. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Knew this was going to be a mistake, and it was. I need my money back.

COMPLETE SCAM! I bought them because Kylie Jenner was promoting them and they took almost a month to arrive, once they arrived I decided to try them out so I went for a run, as soon as I began running they fell out immediately and broke. I was able to put it back together but still didn’t change the fact that they fell out of my ear. Then I realized I wasted 40$ on cheap wannabe AirPods and reached out to their customer service team. Took forever to get a response and when they responded they said to send them back but I would have to pay for shipping cost so I decided not to but I was still arguing with the customer service for a possible refund. I threatened to put a bad review on their website if they didn’t give me a refund so then they said they could only give me a 20% refund so guess what, I got 8$ for 40$ ear buds (:
This company is trash but Kylie Jenner takes the cake! How could she advertise something so terrible! Never buying anything she recommends ever again! She’s just a money hungry selfish person!

Do not buy anything from this company they are scammers take your money send faulty items out then you have to pay to send them back & then guess what you never get a refund even though they keep sending replies to your email saying an refund had been initiated (I would give them a BIG FAT ZERO appalling customer service

I bought these after Kylie Jenner endorsed. Used for a couple weeks and both buds just basically crumbled. One was in a bag and completely broke apart. The other one fell on CARPET and broke apart. Cheap rip off.

I purchased the earphones after seeing Kylie endorse them but never received them. It’s been 5 months. The customer service denied my refund. Surely it’s illegal for Kylie to endorse fake products? Never trusting anything she endorses again.

This company is a total joke! The package was delayed and I had it for 2 weeks, used it once and it stopped working. I emailed the customer support, sent them requested videos of their instruction and told me they were sending me new ones, I followed up multiple times and never again did I hear back from anyone. It’s a scam!

I received my nova earbuds last week, I didn’t think I was going to get them at all after reading the reviews right after purchasing them. I’ve had no issues with them at all they seem like really good quality, I will say trying to get in contact with the seller is difficult cause I tried to cancel after I read the reviews, and could not track my package. Overall I’m very happy with my nova buds

I saw the nova play ear buds on a celebrity page, and decided to buy them. After about 15 days of not receiving them, decided to research and read reviews. They all said it was a scam. So I gave up, after not getting any replies from my emails to them. I decided to purchase the Apple AirPods about 2 days ago. I check my mail today and BOTH were in the mail. What I was afraid would happen, lol. I opened both and inspected both. They look exactly the same and sound exactly the same. So I’m my opinion they are legit and are good quality for the price.

Any one could guide me how i can sue them ?
I never received my order since 25 May 2020 .. now no one answers my emails .
