Baddest distribution service out there.
SoundCloud linking doesn't work, first you get a request and afterwarts you can link it but the monetization takes a while and doesn't work.

In general most of the things don't display or you get an error, like when you want to takedown music again an error disappears.

Even the helpdesk is terrible, they don't explain how you can solve something and if you ask to explain they don't answer.

Even the stats don't load, probably they even take more of your royalties.

Please don't use Novecore, I really advise Routenote as they are clear and always help you or otherwise Amuse.

1. There is no tutorial on how to upload songs, your metadata is confusing.
2. I paid for a Vevo channel seevice and you made it compulsory to distribute my song first before I can upload any video. This should really be looked into.
3. You response to why a song is rejected is not direct, I feel artiste should be told where the metadata seems wrong for clarification in case you feel it is wrong while it's right
4. Once one upload there is no option to redit

Its my pleaser that Vice president of this distributor contact me and take care my problem and they solve it very fast after review them negative.

I never got paid when my single was released in January. However, before asking to use their service via Whatsapp, I asked how long they paid us and made our sales reports available to us, I was told "1 to 2 months". Yet 4 months later, still nothing. They no longer respond on Whatsapp and moreover when I asked them about payment information, they opened my messages without responding. In addition, they do not distribute on Apple Music / iTunes as they say, not on Vevo and impossible to be monetized via Soundcloud. I uploaded ten songs to their site which were distributed and then blocked for no reason. I can no longer add music on their platform, and moreover, rejected music is available on Streaming platforms but is not deleted, so I cannot put them online on other platforms like Routenote which are largely more professional and safe than their pitiful site. This site is obviously a scam. They will never pay and block our exits without any valid reason.

Not enough communication, hard to get in contact with team.

I would not recommend using this service due to their lack of proper distribution. They do not offer .wav distribution which is completely unacceptable. They have a complete lack of transparency, you get no information about the services whatsoever. The Soundcloud monetisation does not work at all. There is absolutely no reason for buying this service.

It's great but the VEVO process could be a bit better and faster I'm just saying

We have a VEVO Channel created and can,t upload our video because the song was not released thru Novecore .

The way they decline songs without stating the reason does not help at all, for the rest it's good

Most of the releases are simply not accepted ostensibly because of the “Bad Metadata”, although it’s obvious that everything is fine

UPD: Everything has become normal lately, now almost never releases have a "bad metadata" error
