Bed arrived as promised after 3 weeks. They advised delivery would be late afternoon as the van had a long circuit. They encountered two motorway accidents (i could see queues on Google) and rang at 3pm to ask if i still wanted the delivery that day as it would be nearly midnight!! ...or they could do another day! I agreed and they turned up at 23:45! Happy lads who delivered the bed to the room and then set off for another long drive home!! FANTASTIC service!!

From entering the store a very professional experience from all the staff. Who where Very knowledgeable and helpful no pushy sales talk just honest and genuine help .

Fantastic experience with Now To Bed. Discussed requirements and mattress options, got a clear understanding of what would be best. Ordered and delivered in the timescale stated. Would 100% recommend and use again, best in the business.

I would recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is definitely five star - really helpful and knowledgeable.

They under paid on postage. Parcel took 6 days to arrive on a 48hour delivery (not including the weekend). Due to postage under payment. I had to collect from post office depot! So not even delivered. Rung and explained the whole rigmarole and emailed. Did get my money back for the extra payment l had to make to get my parcel, but very disappointed that l had no reply to say sorry! Doesn't take two minutes to make a customer feel important enough for them to apologise. Especially when l have done all the chasing, at extra cost.

Now to Bed are competitively priced and have a superb delivery service, highly recommended,

We bought an Emma mattress. Unfortunately we only used it one night and found it too hard for my wife, who has bad arthritis. I rang now to bed and spoke to Natasha who was very helpful. She told us Emma likes consumers to use their mattress for 14days before sending back, but would ring them and explain the situation. Natasha arranged for the return of the mattress and the reimbursement of our money.
Unfortunately NTB don’t do the upgraded Emma mattress.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Excellent online retailer .Bought a replacement Harrison Spinks headboard which came very well wrapped .I am delighted with their excellent customer service both in reply to my enquiry and to the very helpful polite delivery team .I can highly recommend this company

Spent £850 only to be told it would be up to a month before we would be contacted for a delivery date.
Cancelled the order on the 1st of August. They took 3 days just to start the refund.
It's been 14 days since I cancelled the order and 11 since they processed it and I still don't have my money.
Customer service does not give a shit. They are rude and flippant.
Don't trust this terrible company as far as you can throw them.

It is a pleasure to visit this shop in Prestatyn. I know from previous experience that the bedding is top quality. Natasha was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses so I was able to make an informed choice.My new bed is the most comfortable I've slept in and I love it.

From start to delivery for Now To Bed was a brilliant experience.
Selecting the beautiful teak frame king size bed for our guest bedroom, to trying out the wonderful mattresses.
The service was very professional and very relaxing. No pressure selling just great information on what and which to choose.
The delivery was extremely quick and the guys took it up to the dorma bedroom for us.
