Lies from day 1, mis described vehicle, fake service history, not a chance the vehicle had passed an mot. Refused to discuss the vehicle, blocked my number. Loads of 5 star google reviews from fake accounts.
Police now involved. Save yourself the hassle and avoid these two con men!
Please do not buy a car from this company. My daughter was sold a car that was unfit for purpose and downright dangerous. The car had a false service history and I dread to think if it had seized in the fast lane on the motorway with my daughter and grandsons on board. The staff at NSN were extremely rude and threatening.
Scammers:
- Faulty car (oxygen sensor issue, CVT engine judder, engine overheating, faulty rear wiper, faulty lane assist camera, no engine oil or coolant present, metal fragments in oil reservoir indicating extensive damage). The car had an engine warning light appear on journey home from collection and fully broke down the next day.
- Fake service history - last 2 stamps (2024 and 2025) are from a garage that ceased trading in 2016
- Illegally assuming rights of ownership and trying to re-sell the vehicle with my outstanding finance still in place
- Fraudulent counterclaim to avoid refunding a faulty vehicle whose extensive faults became apparent on the day of collection. Accused us of maliciously tampering with the vehicle but their 'evidence' was rejected by finance broker Zuto as insufficient
- Rude and abusive staff - i have been told to "shut the fc£& up" multiple times
We have reported NSN motors to the police who are investigating fraud and to trading standards. This dealership has been obstructive and hostile at every step. Save yourself the hassle and heartache and look elsewhere.
