Some companies sell you 1-2 year old tires but these tires are brand new. The website was easy to order.
Order was accurate and processed quickly. They sent tracking updates. You couldn't ask for more. I wish every business operated like this. I will order all of my future tires from National too. Awesome!

Pretty crappy customer service got my wheels put them on and notice some damage so I called mike my sales guy he like there isn’t nothing we can do what a waste of my time and money to get treated like a nobody thinks it okay to rip people off I don’t care if I had them on for 2 weeks for 3500 dollars they should take care of you no matter what it call customer service that you guys dont have never recommended this company

We are sorry that we could not do anything to help you but you had your wheels for 8 days before you brought this to our attention AND you had already bolted them on and had been driving on them for a week. If you would have contacted us as soon as you received them and before you put them on, we could have easily helped you out. We only have a short period of time after your receive your order to file a claim with the shipper. When you installed them on your vehicle, There is no way for us to file a shipping damage claim because they don't know if the damage was caused by shipping or during the time you were driving on them.
Sorry that we could not help.
Dylan, I have been trying to get in touch with you for a few days now. I may have a solution to your problem but it is time sensitive and we are running out of time. Pease call us.
