Number one car hire service was so easy…
Number one car hire service was so easy to rent a car when my own car was having a new gear box fixed. The service from the girls in reception was exceptional, they were so incredibly helpful and understanding. Everybody should use this company to rent a vehicle , I certainly will. I send my thanks to Michelle who guided me round my phone to renew my licence at the DVLA.

Great, straight-forward company
For example, one time I had forgotten to bring straps to help safely secure my load - so they let me use theirs.
On another occasion one of plastic wheel arches on a van was heavily grazed whilst out on hire with me. Upon inspection - and whilst I have no recollection of it happening, we both agreed it wasn't there when I initially took the van out on hire. Rather than simply charge me full cost of replacing the plastic wheel arch & labour, they went above and beyond to secure the best price for the replacement part and didn't charge for fitting it.
I would have no hesitation in using Number One Car & Van Hire again. Keep up the great work Geoff & team!
