Nutec Insulations Limited Reviews 

Sean Marden , the surveyor , arrived at the appointed time on Monday 23rd Feb to discuss and explain everything about the product . He was very polite and helpful and answered all my questions. l then spoke over the phone and agreed the final price with Robert Fodor (the MD of Nutec) . The install team led by Ian and his assistant Lee arrived on Tuesday 24th to start work on the space wrap. The following day Lex arrived to help Ian and Lee complete the work .All 3 gentlemen worked hard , cleaned up afterwards and were friendly and polite throughout . I can highly recommend this company and their staff and am delighted with the 25 year warranty I have received from Nutec.

Cold calling me constantly and I am sick of it.
They are in breach of GDPR. If it carries on I will report them as it is now causing me distress. They have scraped data from somewhere to obtain people's names, number and addresses. The attitude of the ;art person I spoke too was totally unacceptable and just shouted at me down the phone. I was asked to edit this review as it was apparently offensive! Above is my review and an honest account of my experience.

Don’t use these people….. totally unprofessional fitters!
Mine was fitted yesterday the fitters turned up 45 minutes late to start…
Then one stood outside most of day smoking and dropping cigarette ends all over my property. When he eventually went into my loft left two huge holes in my ceilings absolute shambles…. Fully trained staff???? No way are they

Ricky and Dean from the Coventry team done an excellent job in my attic using Nutec Space Wrap, We would highly recommend having Nutec space wrap fitted to your property.

This is my second rating of this company. I do not know how to delete my earlier one dated in December 2025.
6 months after the bad work was done in our loft (covering the house wall including the light switch and the Inverter for our solar panels) two qualified people came from Nutec and removed the Spacewrap from that house wall. I asked for a refund due to the stress I suffered but they refused. I have learnt not to agree to any cold calling in future. When I complained about the pressurised sales technique, I was told that Loft Inspectors was a different firm but when I phoned the number for Loft Inspectors the answer I heard was "Welcome to Nutec Insulation, " Press a number for Loft Inspectors"
So the 2 firms are very close.

Professional team all round, led by Craig, from Newcastle. All sorted efficiently with no problems.

I was stupid enough to agree for their loft inspector to come to our house. At first, he was nice but when he gave us the quote for the job he got pushy. The cost was 7K, but if we agreed there and then, there was a big discount taking the job to 4k. We said we had to think about it, and he left and took the quote away.
From that day, I am receiving between 1 and 3 phone calls a day from this company. I have asked many times to stop!!!

Ricky and Dean from Coventry did a fantastic job, they were such nice guys too. They cleaned up nicely afterwards too.

Ricky snd Dean carried out my loft insulation and I am extremely happy. Two very good guys !

A very efficient salesman came to inspect the loft & gave us a quote of £6535. He was with us for 3 hours. We signed the contract & paid a deposit of £535. The next day we changed our minds & emailed the company asking for our deposit to be refunded. A senior manager then phoned to say the work could be done for £4000 if we were in agreement. We did not want to proceed & asked again for the refund of our deposit. It is now well over 30 days as per the terms & conditions. We have made several phone calls but still not received our deposit back
UPDATE: 2 hours after posting this review the accounts manager phoned us and refunded the deposit into our bank account. I was asked to delete the review but refused

Many thanks to Surveyor Akash Singh who carried out a thorough Loft Health Assessment.
Akash demonstrated his professionalism and knowledge, giving me a very comprehensive report and in depth explanation about the benefits of Nutec Space Wrap (with no pressure).
Ricky and Dean from Nutec Insulations Coventry Team were friendly, professional and very informative about the Nutec insulation process throughout the whole installation. I was able to see what they were doing which was very reassuring given the recent discovery of my loft’s condition which consisted of condensation, damp and mould which they heroically dealt with. Added to that, they found a Queen wasp which would have caused other problems later on in the year if not noticed. My loft now looks amazing and is a lot healthier and environmentally friendly. Good job chaps, and many thanks for tidying up after yourselves too.
