This company ring me daily on different numbers, I keep blocking them and telling them to remove my details from their system which they fail to do, a company that does not comply with GDPR rules cannot be trusted to do a job and hold my data, one more call and I’ll report them. Reputable companies do not need to constantly harass people to get a surveyor round.

Excellent experience provided.
We had an excellent experience provided by the Luton Team from Nutec Insulation Limited on 04 November 2025. They were very professional, friendly/well mannered, efficient and respectful of our property. They left the loft and downstairs clean and tidy......using Dettol wipes on the banister and surrounding paintwork to clean off dust and finger marks, hoovering the stairs and landing carpet despite this area having been covered by dust sheets. We were so impressed and pleased with Ian and his team that we specifically requested that they attend to do the removal of the redundant fiberglass insulation. We would highly recommend this Luton Team to any future customer.

Space Wrap installation.
From start to finish this job has been carried out very professionally. Arron the surveyor was courteous and did his report efficiently. The installers, Marvin and Curtis, did their job very capably with very little disruption to our routine, The old fibre glass insulation was bagged and put outdoors and then they cracked on with installing the Space Wrap which was done in an amazingly short time. Once that was done they set about cleaning the stairs and landing from the rubbish that a job like this causes. All in all a job very well done.

Rogue salesman experience
This may be a rogue salesman rather than company, however this is a true account (backed up by doorbell video) of what happened to my elderly mother this week.
Cold caller appeared (without identification) and rang my mother's doorbell, ignoring 2 signs clearly stating NO COLD CALLERS.
My mother is elderly and lives alone. She answered the door and told the salesman to go away, pointing at the "No cold callers sign" closest to her. He laughed, took a couple of steps away, turned around and engaged her in a 20 minute doorstep conversation. Scaring her, telling her lofts can be rotting due to excess moisture and some people need PPE to enter their lofts or risk respiratory problems due to excess mould. His solution, SpaceWrap insulation. She allowed him in. I cannot say what happened next as there is no footage, but the outcome was a sales pitch resulting in her signing an order for over £8k loft insulation she does not need, does not want and cannot afford. He made her sign a waiver to permit the work to carry out within the 14 day "cooling off" period, and to check a box stating she had asked for a representative to call (which is a lie supported by the doorbell footage). He took a deposit of over £800 and left. She felt brow-beaten and contacted the company to cancel.
What is unacceptable is persisting with a cold call despite her telling him to go away. Lying to her, persuading her her loft is damp (reading of 12-14% and anything below 20% is regarded as NORMAL), persuading her the work needs done immediately negating the cooling off period. Cynically unethical at best, criminal at worst (offence to persist with a cold call after the individual tells you to stop). On the positive side, the company refunded my mother in full the next day and cancelled the contract. They had suggested her refund would be made in 30 days, however, I insisted they took the money quickly from her and had to refund her equally quickly given the actions of their representative. My mother has submitted a formal complaint about this salesperson. Be very wary about this company. Take great care in fact checking what they tell you before you sign on the dotted line. Most of the UK do have government incentive schemes that use reputable installers. Do your homework before getting involved in this business.
