Played there for a while had a average run on slots ,it's gambling you win some you lose some ,however on this occasion I won ,upon trying to withdraw my funds my account was restricted from games ,then came the verification process ,which we all know is normal so im thinking no problem ..

Wow could I of been more wrong the stuff they require in order to release your funds is insane (requesting my phone purchase which has Absolutely nothing to do with them)

Don't see why so many bad reviews, I won £450 off the bonus and they paid out in 24 hours. my fiancee then did the same offer won £60 and they asked for verification again. once this was done they paid out in 2 hours. all the bad reviews must be from people who either didn't read the wagering requirements, did not correctly verify the account, or lost and sulking.

Tues 830 got a reply that i emailed them from a different email to the one registered so need to tell them what i used to reguster then send photo id and addressk cofirmation
I told them by reply it must of been a type error but have supplied psssport and 3 sets of bills etc confirmjng full name and address all current ...
Following morning email back again sayjng they need my old email i registered with
So i sent the same reply saying it must of been a typing error but you have all my verification id and when are my winnings being paid ...
Absolutely no reply now and believe they blocked my email
I need advjce about what to do .i have screenshots of winning and even of my withrawal 750 pending ...so effectively stolen my money as i deposited 100 and they havent paid the winnings either ....

Listen to the reviews, the withdrawal process is a joke.
Its only 85 pound and its not instant as it claims.

Horrid company. Kept taking me ound in circles for verification documents. Kept sending in lots of info and they kept saying wasn't correct and to send more all the while not sending me my withdrawal.

Well once I decide to withdraw they decide to do verification again then once I raise the concerns on the online chat they blocked my account. So I can't contact them other than email that they don't reply to.

An absolute nightmare do not deposit money here, the verification process is a shambles, I ended closing my account with them just keeping my winnings, even after supplying the relevant documents...

The site itself is laid out great and easy to use. Some decent benefits with cash back etc every week. To play on, it is actually a good site. However, we are all there for one reason, which is to hopefully win and withdraw a little profit and this part, however, is what seriously changes this from a good online casino to a poor one. In my experience, and this will not be everyone’s experience though there are plenty of reviews indicating similar findings, you have to really FIGHT for your withdrawal with withdrawals rejected, emails back and forth (bear in mind every new request from support restarts the 72 hour withdrawal period again) and lots of jumping through hoops. Its disappointing, as I liked the ease of the site, but that’s probably why its designed that way, to suck you in then avoid any pay outs ever, or at least delay them for as long as possible. Up to this point I still have not been paid, but you know what, ill take it as money well spent as it only cost a few hundred to learn the lesson about this site.
