Deposted £50, 20p spins and got 1 bonus and won £5. A lot of the games don't load. Its not a very good casino but there are worse. Like the comments say, it feels very hard to get a bonus. I win much more often on any other site that I play.

Not had any issues so far with Ny Spins. Although a little hard to get Bonuses, i have won & withdrawn 3 times. The initial withdrawal was a little slow, but this may be due to a weekend falling in between, plus i am new to their casino. Withdrawn once since which was actuoned the following day & current withdrawal pending. I feel payments Pend for a while, once released i've had no issues so far. I've not even had to verify yet, although i'm sure this will be required at some point reading other reviews. On the whole, no bad experience so far. They also give lots of free spins, although subject to wager requirements but you can also use point system to purchase free spins that do give real money winnings.

Happy to take money without verification but when it comes to paying out its a different story. I have no up to date photo I'd so am unable to get my withdrawals til I do so. Very poor help team.

Keep away ask you for bank statements that is none of their business and even though you have a 20 pounds limit and gamble responsibly they close your account and they take ages to pay out, keep away

Do not play on these sites, happy to take deposits but if your actually manage to win it’s impossible to withdraw. They restrict your account and there is no support what so ever.

Played all night depositing over £300 . Finally got a bonus , 4 attempts later and banked £530 . Then the site blocked me opening games , support cut me off when I was asking them what's going on and stopped me opening chat , no money has gone back into my PayPal & today tried to open the site and its showing me only java script on a black screen!! Emailed them and no response!! This is disgusting. I'll ne reporting this to the gambling authority

Awful gaming site very very few bonus given out and when you do. It isn't even worth what you put into it to get a bonus.

Also the charge for each time you deposit is the only gaming site I have came across that does that.

As other reviews say don't waste your money on this site it is Wolfe and and no thrill at all.

Just deactivated my account and would warn anybody that reads this review to stay well away from this site...... I've deposited over £1300 since the 21st Dec 2022 highest win on any bonus was £40 at best, spent over £700 on one game untill I finally got the bonus to win £8.40. the bonuses that I've had on games that are quite good on other sites are so poor on this one, if only I had come to look at the reviews before signing up might have saved me a few quid..... This casino is rubbish. After multiple deposits i thought it would of paid something. Payouts are awful. Scatters during game play is non existent. I really like the selection of games but I don't think I will be playing this casino again any time soon. Until then I can't leave a good review unless things change but I very much doubt it.

Withhold all winnings until they get far more than the usual details for verification. They don't offer any communication, no help.

I won 545 pounds but it didn't arrive in my account on the site sent numerous emails and been on live chat numerous times no response from the casino didn't ask for I'd to verify my account but asked me for a screenshot of my winnings

Awful site AVOID no communication when you try to withdraw! Asked for ID which I provided and still no withdrawal!
Allow you to deposit no problem without verifying account but as soon as you try to withdraw they ask which I’m sure is against UK gambling rules as account should be verified before any transaction.
It is now 23/10/22 not processed yet

Received an email today to say they are not paying my withdrawals because I used PayPal in my mothers name to deposit, but we’re happy to take deposits!!!! ABSOLUTE JOKE THAT THIS COMPANY IS EVEN ALLOWED TO STILL TRADE WITH THE THINGS IVE READ ON IT!
Said they will refund only my last deposit and they will keep the rest which I don’t think they are allowed to do so will be getting advise today about this!
At this point I don’t even care about the withdrawals as after reading about them I didn’t expect to receive them, but surely if it is not allowed to use a payment method in a different name then they are not allowed to keep the money!?
