We also have our own home delivery team. As delivery is completely under our control, we deliver to our customers’ homes efficiently – if ordered from stock, within 7 days. Once delivered, our after sales care team can give support and advice on furniture care.

Leather Sofa
As soon as we walked into the shop we were welcomed by a friendly member of staff. She assisted us in choosing the sofa and chair that we requested as we needed one that suited a dog and their hair getting everywhere. She explained the guarantee and the benefits of taking out the interest free loan. This was not forced onto us but the advice gave us options to pay off early when required.

Great parquet side tables but one more would be better
The small parquet tables look great and are very solid with strong legs and sturdy bolted metal fastenings. For the price, I feel that three tables would be better value than the the two provided.

Price match honoured
Missed the bank holiday sale but the salesman said keep a watch on the price on the en site if it drops before delivery we will match it ! Sure enough customer services no quibble refunded me over £670 in two price match phone calls
