We also have our own home delivery team. As delivery is completely under our control, we deliver to our customers’ homes efficiently – if ordered from stock, within 7 days. Once delivered, our after sales care team can give support and advice on furniture care.

Lovely showroom. When we walked in staff said good morning and was told by Lauren she was there to help in any way. Lauren was very helpful. Didn't feel rushed about choosing a suite. She explained about different ranges.
Lauren was polite and really friendly easy to talk to. Any questions I had she explained everything. It was a pleasure to shop there. When choosing a date for delivery everything was explained and all details were gone over a few times so they were correct. Looking forward to getting my couch chair cabinet and lamp on the 10th December.

A fantastic service from start to finish from purchasing to delivery today. James from the Lincoln store was absolutely brilliant and nothing was too much trouble, today our goods were delivered and built by rich and Jason, they were officiant, polite and professional they even delivered a few hours early which was perfect for us. Thankyou to an amazing team who I would recommend to anyone.

Excellent customer service from Eva at Fort Kinnaird
Contacted shop at Fort Kinnaird to ask re material style for a sofa & was helped by Eva. She was so helpful & rather than ordering online she was able to do it all over the phone for us from the store.
The whole process from start to finish was excellent, she had great knowledge, communication skills and was polite & friendly.

I was in store in Lincoln and wanted to…
I was in store in Lincoln and wanted to purchase a Colorado Hopsack Natural Recliner Armchair. I asked what the delivery charge would be and was told £130, I queried this and said that seemed rather expensive, without question I was told it would be £50. The member of staff asked if I was going to purchase please purchase from store and not online to support local business, which I would be happy to do if there was no cost difference. I have now purchased the item online with a delivery charge of £10! Today I got a phone call to carry out a survey, I happily commenced the survey but became agitated when the survey went on forever, for example I was asked whether I wanted the item treated, then when I said no I was asked why not, I found the line of questioning intrusive and wondered whether the questions would stop coming. In the end I stopped the inquisition and halted the call as I have other more important things to do. So in summary to improve customer service I advise you to offer the least expensive delivery option up front without trying to charge the customer more at the onset. If you must carry out a survey please don't make it an inquisition!

First class experience
The service in the store in Watford was excellent , the product arrived on time and the delivery was quick and well done. The bed was easy to assemble in 30 mins and is very comfortable and really good quality.

Leather Sofa
As soon as we walked into the shop we were welcomed by a friendly member of staff. She assisted us in choosing the sofa and chair that we requested as we needed one that suited a dog and their hair getting everywhere. She explained the guarantee and the benefits of taking out the interest free loan. This was not forced onto us but the advice gave us options to pay off early when required.
