Hello,

Hello,
please be very careful, because this company has customer service in Poland and seems to be somehow connected to NatureinBottle. Anyone who buys essential oils and knows their stuff is clear about the SOURCE OF THE OILS.

Not impressed with this company.

Not impressed with this company.
I had to play email ping pong with them whilst trying to ask for a sample of a niche citrus oil and their pricing structure for bulk quantities of the same item.
After initially being redirected to one of their ‘sister’ sites to purchase the oil I found that the site I’d been directed to didn’t even sell the one specific oil I was interested in and had solely enquired about!
The minimum quantity of the oil I was interested in and asked for a quote on went from 1kg (originally fine for this quantity) suddenly up to 5kg. The price initially quoted for the new minimum 5kg quantity which I agreed to also suddenly went up by over £400 from the initial price quoted for that quantity!
They then tried to charge me £15 for a tiny sample, and they couldn’t even get my name right on the endless emails.
This endless grind of emails back and fourth (mostly them endlessly changing the goal posts of minimum quantiles/upping the original 5kg quotes by over £400 etc) took over 4 days, making this enquiry the most drawn out mess of incorrect information I’ve ever come across when trying to source a new product.
For me the quoting service was a complete shambles, I suspect they don’t hold stock of this item too as the lead time quoted was nearly a month.
For a precise, prompt, fair and efficient service I recommend going somewhere else, what a joke !

Absolutely amazing service by Jamie
The email communication is great he replies so fast and so helpful explaining about the products they sell.
I have purchased marula oil organic and I’m so happy it’s such great oil for the skin which I’m using in my current bodyscrub products.
