Didn't even receive the item and wowcher just kept telling me to contact this company... no luck so just got my money back through the bank. Yet another poor experience with wowcher

This company is a scam , they’ve taken my money, product promised delivery 3/12/25 never arrived , they advertise on Wowcher .
AVOID AT ALL COST THEY ARE SCAMMERS !!!!

Absolutely awful company!!! Bought an item through wowcher (I’ve now seen the complaints and wonder why on earth they continue their business) the item I purchased was a gift, an LED Christmas decoration - I have seen these everywhere except it was out of stock from any place local so decided to order. Item didn’t even come in a box, just thin bubble wrap in a parcel bag came all banged up and wonky and I paid £30!!!!!! I also paid £10 to have it delivered early, it was not delivered by the date as the courier hadn’t received it. If anyone knows if I can get a refund, I want one - looks like I’ve bought my mum cheap rubbish second hand off eBay

Bought the Stranger Things advent calendar. What a load of rubbish it is. Woucher says rrp was £29.99 but with Woucher £8.99+3.99 postage, it's not even worth just the postage. I thought Woucher was a trusted company, how wrong am I. I won't buy anything through them again also I won't buy from oberobiz again. Be warned.

If i could give a zero I would; bought a voucher from Living Social for £8.99 to purchase a Stranger Things advent calendar for my daughter; was advertised as having "acrylic vinyl figures" in it. When it arrived (on 3rd December) my daughter opened windows 1, 2 and 3. They were tiny (just over 1" tall) flat plastic cutout type figures cheap quality, and window 3 was missing. One very upset daughter .... the box was tacky and the inside was wrapped in cling film. Very disappointed. Steer well clear. I wish I had checked the reviews before parting with my £8.00 PLUS £3.99 postage.
Its the last time I'll be buying from Living Social, they obviously don't check the quality of the goods they're touting.

I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid at all costs. I am so shocked Wowcher are still dealing with this company after now seeing all the reviews. I ordered through Wowcher a sol de janeiro body set. Arrived damaged, nothing like sol de Janeiro,scents smell the same which to be honest is awful. Company not accepting any responsibility. Please do not trust any of their descriptions or promises.

I don't normally leave reviews, but I feel I need to warn others!!!

My head massage brush, which I had ordered via Wowcher, stopped working, so I contacted the above company for help. They requested a video of the item to show that it wasn't working. I reported this on 5/8/25, and to date, 20/11/25, they have refused to help, finding excuses why they can't refund or replace the item. I have sent them the proof of order, voucher codes, delivery date, etc, that they requested, but every day is a new excuse why they can't help. The date I received the order and the date I raised the complaint are well within the 90-day policy that they said they have. I am done!!! Please stay away.

They are a third-party supplier to Wowcher, not sure why Wowcher continue to use this company despite so many complaints.

I ordered a coat 3xl coat which was more like 10xl quality really poor. Through wowcher, I've returned the coat they have acknowledged returns yet constantly saying 10 days for refund then contacted them again and saying 7 days it Doesnt take this long for refund they say they will contact wowcher to issue refund yet wowcher confirm this has not been done

Ordered a coat similar to a Canadian Goose with a hood, female version,white with a hood. Looked gorgeous in the image. Paid £10 extra for delivery within 5 days. It came over 2 weeks late, they refused to refund the £10, they also sent the wrong coat, received a male version, no hood. Sent them evidence, they gave me an unreasonable time limit to get it to a drop off point. I am housebound most of the time, told them this and that I would need time to arrange for someone to do this for me. They ignored this, now I'm stuck with a coat I didn't order. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Bought a Sol de Janeiro inspired perfume mist spray off wowcher and what a waste of money that was. Every one of them smells the same and it would be ok but its disgusting and you can't even smell it after spraying it. Its like water. Daylight Robbery. Do not buy.

Stay away from the theives, i ordered 5 shirts and paid separate fee for all the items but only received 1 package with 3 t shirts. Been scammed for other 2 shirts and postage. They are not original and not a good copy either. Could probably get original for the lrice paid.

If I could put a zero star I would…. Ordered cards against Christmas game…. Absolute rubbish…. Not correct or usable cards…. It’s disgusting that these people are ripping people of in broad day light and using Wowcher as a cover …

I bought 2 supposedly waterproof raincoats advertised on Wowcher.
1st issue was cost of delivery, 2nd issue near 3 weeks for delivery and @ crazy cost 3rd issue absolute disgrace selling cheap cotton coat so thin and not even able to keep wind out never mind water.
Most disappointed that wowcher advertising for this bunch of cheats.

How do I get InTouch with this company it says page expired
I’ve orderd and paid for 2 coats which 1 came this morning so I checked my Wowcher order and it says that 1 has expired I’m fuming 😡 I want my money back or the cost I paid for 2 and expect 2

I’ve ordered with this company through Wowcher , had to redeem voucher and pay delivery to which I never received delivery. How can I go back getting my money back? Complete rip off

Bought a changing mat that converts to a wet bag from wowcher
Pic showed handles, padded shoulder strap with bag large enough to carry wetsuit and towel. When spread on floor the changing mat had approx 3inch lip. around it
Actually got flat waterproof circle with cord drawstring. No handle nor strap. Could possibly hold a pair of crocs and swimsuit.... nothing else. The only thing has in common with pic is the colour and it's shape ( black/ round.

Absolutely shocking company... I ordered an item from them that I bought from Wowcher and it arrived with part of the item missing, and they would not cover the return cost or send me the missing item. They said I could return the item (at my own cost) within 7 days, but then a few days later sent me an email saying they were on holiday for the next 7 days and would not be able to provide any after sales advice or customer services during that period.
