The gift I bought was damaged before…
The gift I bought was damaged before delivery. No one contacted us to let us know. Only after several calls were we informed by the courier that it was damaged and that O'Briens should have contacted us. This was all made particularly difficult as I am abroad and had ordered it so it would arrive on his birthday. Instead, the person for whom I bought the gift had to go into the closest O'Briens himself, with no apology from the staff and no gift message. Very disappointing. Will not use it again and will encourage others not to.
