I purchased a picture from them online …
I purchased a picture from them online and received nothing. Tried to contact them on various channels (email, phone) and there was no response.
Luckily PayPal refunded my money.
Researching it more thoroughly it seems this is an one man company with no serious backup and a pawn shop business model.

Now down, you will see a reply from them, blaming on Christmas rush. My purchase was not at Christmas, I closed the deal at the end of the year (four months later).
I did sent my info for them to close the order since PayPal refunded me. No reaction this time either. The order is still in submitted mode so that is their accounting skill level.

As an Interior Designer in the USA, I've visited many art companies website for artwork selection, finding artwork that my customer loves, as well as, integrating the art in an interior design project is a MUST. Obsession Art selection of artwork, their customer service accessibility and quick follow up with order was exceptional. Artwork was order in fine paper, it's beautiful and customer loves it.
