This website sells items as if it is in their stock
This website shows everything in stock even when they don't have it. After you pay for an item, they let you wait indefinitely. It is a complete lie when they say that "the item you ordered just became unavailable". I intentionally purchased a couple of different items, and, what a coincidence, they all just became unavailable right after my purchase.
Right now, it has been a month after my purchase. They can not inform me of when they would ship my item. They are not aware of a reseller's most basic responsibility of fulfilling the order and informing the customer.
Customer service is horrible when I ask about my item:
"As resellers and not direct manufacturers, unfortunately, we have no direct control over production and restocking times, which depend on the Manufacturer.
We cannot therefore provide you with a precise availability date."

Waste of time
I placed two separate orders (324848, 322048 ) for sunglasses on different dates, and both times, two days later, I received a message saying the item was unavailable and was asked to fill out a form. After cancelling the order, they did send a refund. But the situation is frustrating, and I don’t recommend ordering from them, as you’ll just end up wasting your time.

We'd like to emphasize that the refund was issued in full, and we never charged your card—only a temporary authorization was placed, then released.
