Scam

Purchased sunglasses on their site. Then conveniently so they said it was not in stock, so I needed to wait between 5 to 15 days.

The 15 days have passed and obviously no news, but they were quick to grab the money.

I've tried to contact them 3 times and they haven't responded or offered any solution. It's a scam and they'll take your money and then forget about you.

They advertise items that aren't in stock and charge you for them.

Just another Italian online scam operation..

Just like literally EVERY OTHER ITALIAN ONLINE RETAILER, they “sell” stuff they don’t have in stock, wait for a week & then inform you that item is out of stock & restocking takes several weeks. You request a refund and then wait to get your money back for another couple of weeks. It’s the oldest scam in the history, I fell for it yet again- but will never buy again from ANY Italian online scam-shop again.

Positive reviews are fake

I'm sure that all the positive reviews about this website were written by bots. This is the worst service. After I made the purchase, I received a notification that the item was out of stock and would take 5 to 15 days to arrive. After 15 days, I asked where my order was, and they told me they had warned me that the wait would be 30 days. This is a direct deception of the customer. I never received my order.

UNTRUSTABLE SHOP

I wrote a 5 start review I thought they are good but absolutely not. After sale warranty doesn't exist. They just blaming me straight away when my glass frame just cracked on both side. Not even try to help. Worst company ever. Don't buy anything from here.
Takes ages to get answer and customer service just not exist. Absolutely rude . Worst shop.....

After carefully examining the photos you kindly sent us, we have observed that the original demo lenses have been replaced with lenses featuring an anti-reflective coating. This indicates that the glasses have been modified. If these lenses were slightly oversized, they may have caused stress on the frame, leading to accidental breakage.

Please note that the lenses were not fitted by us, but by an optician of your choice.

Should you wish to request an official assessment from the manufacturer, we are available to send the glasses for technical inspection. In that case, you may ship the product to our headquarters.

Please be aware that if the manufacturer determines that the breakage was caused by improper handling or accidental damage, the costs will be your responsibility. Otherwise, we will proceed with replacing the glasses at our expense.

In over 50 years of business, we have never encountered such a clean and symmetrical break on both sides of a frame without some form of external interference. Nevertheless, we remain at your full disposal for any further clarification.

Horrible experience.

Horrible experience.

Took them more than one week to process my order because they noticed that one of my ordered items was out of stock.

After returning the order within 14 days after personally recieving it they now refuse to refund.

Never had such a bad experience while shopping online before.
