Great service

The service and support offered from Jack @ Octopus EV's, from placing the order for my approved used e-208 through to post delivery check in, has been amazing. He has always been quick to answer any questions and did a great job of keeping me informed of progress.

The process as a whole using Octopus EV has been effortless.

Bash was great to deal with throughout the process. He was responsive, clear, and really helpful in talking through the options and quickly sorting any changes I needed. The whole experience felt straightforward and well managed — I’d happily recommend him and Octopus Electric Vehicles to others.

Terrible customer service i ordered a…

Terrible customer service i ordered a charging point installation for my vehicle paid £974.00 and didn't receive any email or acknowledgement of payment, when I rang up to find out why and what was happening next I received zero help . They just kept passing me to different people and telling me to ring a certain number but this number was the actual number I was on . 2 days on and I still haven't received any contact and or email so haven't a clue what is going on with my order . Never had to write a bad review before but these are hands down the worst customer service ive dealt with

Excellent customer service

I have been very happy with Octopus EV from the start, since choosing a vehicle and having it delivered I have had a very positive experience. I have had to use customer service for the first time due to an issue with the vehicle, the help and support I have received from Barbara has been second to none. Always with prompt and friendly communication Barbara sorted my issue enabling me to get back on the road swiftly. Thank you!

I had a great experience dealing with Emma Sears

I had a great experience dealing with Emma. She was incredibly helpful from start to finish and went above and beyond to sort out an issue for us quickly and efficiently. Communication was clear throughout, and nothing felt like too much trouble for her.

It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about getting things resolved properly.

Just leased a BYD car from Octopus and…

Just leased a BYD car from Octopus and cannot fault the whole process from the first enquiry to the car delivery was seamless and so easy. Not only the car but the free fitting of the charger was done on time and to my requirements. Cannot find any faults whatsoever and would recommend this service to anyone considering an EV

I was really excited to receive my…

I was really excited to receive my lease car today after waiting since January, and overall the customer service leading up to delivery has been great. The car arrived about an hour later than the scheduled time, but I didn’t mind too much as I was happy to wait.

At first glance, everything looked perfect and I was genuinely pleased. However, once I got inside, I noticed bright blue stitching throughout the seats and interior. Unfortunately, this detail wasn’t mentioned in the description, nor was I informed beforehand.

Personally, I really dislike the colour blue, so this came as a disappointing surprise especially after such a long wait and the excitement leading up to delivery.

I wasn’t able to raise this immediately as the office is closed until Monday, but I’m hoping this can be addressed.

A Seamless and efficient process

Seamless
A seamless process from start to finish .
I was able to order a secondhand vehicle . The paperwork was quick and easy to complete and communication was quick and helpful. Octopus offer a number of incentives , which was an additional bonus to an already cost effective decision .
The car , on delivery was excellent.
My allocated "relationship" manager was a lady called Holly . She was very responsive to emails ,super helpful and pleasant over the phone in explaining the various Apps and benefits .
Excellent customer service .
