Deligjted with the car

Deligjted with the car. Excellent efficient service with great communication throughout the process. Everything was on time and was per the agreed schedule and timescale. Cant fault anything.

Delivery as described, phone call and hour before delivery, delivery on time.
Handover professionally done.
Only niggle was the fact there was no manuals, This is now normal practice by the manufacturers.

Just the experience you want

Easy to use website; pretty intuitive. Where I had questions Cameron was fully informed and was able to handle any question immediately. He was helpful to guide me through the process and offered to support whenever needed. It made the decision of leasing a car really easy. The hardest part was selecting which spec of car.

EV investigation aided by Haseeb's excellent advice

I cannot recommend Haseeb from Octopus EV highly enough for anyone considering switching to an electric vehicle. As a first-time EV owner, I was hesitant about the complexities of changing from ICE to EV, finding the right EV with the right spec, and completing the application process. The process was really easy

The process was really easy; it was possible to book a timed slot for a call; Cameron was bang-on-time for both of the calls we had; he was able to answer all of my questions and more! I had some follow-up questions that he answered very promptly with a comprehensive email.

I have had problems dealing with…

I have had problems dealing with Octopus over my vehicle and when I have complained I haven't had a satisfactory response, with the complaints being closed without resolution and the buck has been passed. I will not be using them for my next vechicle.

Outstanding customer service from Jackently had a few issues arise…

I recently had a few issues arise following delivery of my new electric vehicle, and Jack at Octopus Electric Vehicles handled everything exceptionally well from the offset. Despite the situation being frustrating at times, Jack's communication throughout was professional, attentive, and genuinely reassuring.
He took the time to follow up, ask the right questions, and make sure I felt heard — which made a real difference. The resolution put together by the team was fair and comprehensive, and I never felt like I was being brushed off or passed around.
Jack is a credit to the team. If you are buying through Octopus EV and Jack is your point of contact, you are in good hands.

An easy and stress free experience from start to finish.

My specialists designated to me were Rocky and Tobi. I am genuinely over the moon with the service I have received during the process of ordering my car, particularly from Tobi. He has replied to all of my emails pretty much instantly and answer any questions I had.
I am in love with my car and the whole process has been so easy and stress free from start to finish.

Very disappointing experience so far!

Very disappointing experience so far!
Ordered Jaecoo through my works salary sacrifice scheme, the order went through very quick and I was told I got the car on 'limited time' offer as they were stock vehicles in the UK ready to be delivered. Now 2 months later, I am being told that they were in fact not stocked in the UK and the delivery is delayed due to 'issues at the docks'. It has been delayed 4 times and I have now incurred a lot of costs on my current car due to the delays. Currently looking at June earliest for delivery date.
Called customer services multiple times, to be given the same bog standard script. Told I will get a call back to discuss further....never happens.
They were quick to get the charger installed though 😒.
Very unhappy, raised it through my work, and through Octopus complaints.
Would appreciate some effort to resolve by Octopus.
