Lots of different fruit and veg. If there's anything you don't like you can swap it. Always fresh. Gets delivered promptly.

Fabulous food that could have been wasted. The quality is always very good and I was concerned that the food would have a short 'shelf life', but I refrigerate most and it stays perfect for the week.

Box went to wrong location was open in bin area. Oddbox emailed me with a map to show where it was saying if it was ok and not to far go and collect it. Someone kindly seen it and brought it to my house. I didn’t really feel good about it after that as it had been left on the floor with the bins!! The quality was not good mango was rotten and made everything sticky, carrots were split never again.

I love Oddbox. The range and quality of fruit and veg and other products is great. The portions are always generous and I love the top-up options.

Always nice to look inside my Oddbox every two weeks. Some dear little baby leeks this time, plus a range of useful items and some fresh garden peas.

Always delivered with care and to my safe place.

I‘m so sad that my experience with Oddbox was not great and I have to say it’s all due to their delivery company they‘re working with.

They kept sending my parcel to the wrong address and leaving it over night out in the street, which meant obviously by the time I woke up, someone had stolen the box. I really wanted to give it a shot cause I love what oddbox stands for. I‘ve sent them pictures where to drop it, showed them on the map where they actually had to go as they were clearly sending it to the wrong address , I even gave them a 3 word code that is meant to show them where exactly to drop the parcel off. The delivery company ignored all of my info and just kept dropping it at the wrong address, which was across the traintracks (so clearly a different address). The fact they also deliver over night means that you might not know about your parcel for hours. I also have to say I never had an issues in this regard with any other company in the over 2 years I‘ve been living at my current address.

The customer service team tried to help and was very kind, they offered discount codes and so on. Sadly they don’t help me much if I never receive my parcel. I wish I could give this a better rating, but their delivery system just sadly makes it impossible.
I tried 3 times, adding more info as to where to drop the parcel off every time, with no success. My 2 last parcels got stolen. The one I was able to retrieve was good quantity and great quality. If they find a properly working delivery company, they would definitely be worth a shot!

Good quality fresh vegetables and fruit. I really like being able to swap things and it does encourage me to eat more healthily. Great communication from the company

Delivery is always prompt and the selection fresh and diverse. I only get a small box, but it supplies me with plenty of fruit and veg.

The box is always delivered to the right place and is always full of goodies. Look forward to my box every two weeks. Plus customer service is excellent!

I love knowing that I am saving fruit and veg where there is nothing wrong with it. I grow my own so I like supporting others that do too and it gives me an opportunity to try something new and realise how much better food can taste

Regardless of the time we have received our oddbox every fortnight on a Sunday evening. The produce are so fresh it’s as though I’ve just picked them myself. The smell when I open the box is so refreshing.. fresh!! The products are always great quality and taste wonderful whether it’s an apple or a carrot . I have stopped buying from supermarkets as nothing taste like my oddbox fruit and vegetables.
