Always friendly staff at both Costa and Odeon

The boiler was broken and therefore no food or drinks could be served. Didn’t explain why the cold, tapped drinks couldn’t be served and therefore we were forced to pay over £4 for bottled drinks! Daylight robbery! Movie was pretty shite too!

The staff were good, not really their fault, but they had no popcorn or drinks machines working.

Film was good only complaint being it was a silver saver not many seats available owing to lots of people are obviously not 60 plus therefore taking seats meant for over 60s so why call it silver savers ?.??

They had no condiments except bagged sweets and chocolate and bottles of drink that cost nearly 10 pound for the pair. Plus I can’t eat either. Terrible staff gave me no option rather than to go across the road to get some condiments. No cinema should have films on with no popcorn. Criminal.

Easy to use the website to book the tickets. Good cycle parking. We got coffee at the Costa inside which was very good and could log our Costa points. The staff were friendly and helpful, the cinema was clean with comfy reclining seats. It was a good film!

Comfy seats and a great film. Only criticism was that the hot chocolate we bought before the film was not hot enough!

Norwich odeon, Sunday 18 Oct had no hot water for staff hand-wash, hence we couldn't have my wife's free birthday popcorn and no alternative was offered.
So the offer felt like "well we got yer film money, we don't care about the rest" so very poor customer service, especially as the girl on Counter contacted the manager and nothing was sorted

Filthy and disorganised.

No popcorn available. Yes, you heard that right. None. Also no drinks (other than bottles) available. Toilets (one set were closed) the other stinking. Disinterested staff. Every time I go to the cinema I do think ‘why do I bother’.

The primary reason we came for the movie is popcorn. But popcorn wasn't available.

I was treating my Son to a trip to the cinema and as part of that treat, we decided to get some food in the cinema. For reasons beyond their control, there was no hot food or popcorn. So, a bit disappointed, I ordered a cherry coke instead….I was shocked when I had to pay £4.29 for a 500ml bottle of cherry coke. Since when is it ok to charge that amount for a bottle of coke?! We brought 2 bottles of Coke and a small bag of milk buttons which came to over £12!!
Luckily, the seating and film lived upto expectations but I would seriously advise Odeon to look at their pricing when it comes to food & drink!!

Comfortable seats in row B and a good film.

No popcorn, no millions sweets available apparently when the sweets are there and the tubes behind the counter, no hot food and only one person serving with a long cue with others standing around doing nothing. Film experience and seat perfect. Shame about the beginning part.

We arrived for a 21:40 screening and used the pre-order for drinks. There was an extremely long que of people ordering at the till for food and drinks with minimal staff serving. We waited 20mins for 2 drinks and whilst the staff were doing the best they could they really needed more people preparing drinks and serving,
A real shame for a regular cinema goer.
Its made me think about my Odeon limitless option
