I didn't check the reviews before I ordered as I have used Office before and all was fine. After seeing the reviews post-order I was filled with dread thinking there would be delivery issues and the boxes would be damaged etc. However, I'm glad to report I had no problems at all. The order was delivered 3 days after ordering (well within the standard delivery window) and the boxes were not damaged in any way. Very happy with my purchase and would use again.

Ordered a pair of airmax 90 drift first from office then from their sister company offspring both times I got an odd pair of shoes! Different colors the second from offspring one was even from a worn pair, took weeks both times to arrange sending back and had to pay postage then customer support offered me a 10% voucher which I refused like I'll be using them again shocking

The service from OFFICE has been great, sadly the shoes weren’t the colour I was expecting them to be, but the super simple returns service they have with DPD made it quick and easy to return them and be refunded.

Ordered and then cancelled due to having no stock!

Great selection, friendly staff in store. My only complaint is not being able to part pay for your purchase using a gift card.

Delivery was picked up in a locker. The box was stuffed and broken as it was pushed into the DPD locker. Leaving the shoes slightly crushed while waiting for me to pick up and struggle to retrieve out the locker.

Ease of ordering and quick to notify me when the size of the sandals that I wanted were back in stock.
Also, keeping me informed on my order’s progress.

Great product, great price and quick delivery.

I have been sent 2 left shoes. The only way to contact the company seemed via chat as couldn't find phone number anywhere. Took two hours for someone to answer and tell me that I need to send item back and pay for the return and they preferred method is through DPD so it is tracked. I spent almost £100 and no shoes and now I'm expected to pay for returning incorrect item. When I asked if they can provide prepaid label so I send it by post received no answer from chat agent. In the end I went to the Shop luckily there was one not too far and they refunded the cost. It would have been better client's experience if I was provided prepaid label to return them. Staff at the shop at Westfield Stratford was very polite and efficient.
