Ordered trainers. Order cancelled twice. Should not have availability on website if not in stock
Wife ordered some new Birkenstocks.
DPD decided to deliver them somewhere else as the photo is not our house. Do you know where it is ???? We don’t. Why don’t DPD actually check the address before leaving it somewhere where it clearly should not be? As usual you can’t get hold of DPD or the Office team either. What a s… show.

I haven’t received it yet as DPD will not deliver it as no house number was put with my address and they said I have to contact the company there is no telephone number for them live chat not working so sent a e mail but say can take up to five days for a reply so not happy that’s why I have scored low

Very disappointed with my recent order of Birkenstock office shoes. The shoes arrived in different sizes and were heavily scuffed, making it clear they were not new or properly checked before dispatch.
To make matters worse, I contacted customer service via live chat three times without receiving a satisfactory resolution. I've now returned the shoes and had a refund, however I have not had the £3.99 delivery charge and £4.45 return postage. I should not be out of pocket for a mistake that wasn't mine. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend ordering from them.

Easy to order and easy to return, but the UK sizes are totally misleading hence the return. Best to go by the European sizes.
TERRIBLE my order was cancelled due to who ever is supposed to be updating the stock levels on the website not doing their job correctly I'm so disappointed
The box is absolutely battered and is in no condition for me to be able to give these trainers as a gift and so will be sending them back

Amazing trainers, love everything about it. Fast shipping but box arrived a bit squashed.
Great price for the shoes I bought, and next day delivery for a couple of pounds more.
