OFFICE'S customer service is absolutely dreadful. Do not shop here. I bought some trainers and within 2 weeks of use, 2 parts of the shoe had broken. I returned them in 30 days (2 days after their deadline), and despite them being FAULTY, they made absolutely no effort to offer a refund or replacement (despite this being in my consumer rights). They sent them back to head office for assessment, who rejected my claim that they were faulty and said that one of the faults must have occurred while I was using them. They didnt even mention the other fault. I am currently struggling to communicate with them over email, they are blatently ignoring various parts of my emails. I will enter a legal dispute if this does not get resolved and I am incredibly disappointed with customer service. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Everything was good ,from ordering till collection

The shoes I ordered did not fit. Therefore, I had paid the delivery fee and then also had to pay to return the package. So this added about £7 to the total cost of the shoes that eventually I need to re-order in a different size. However, due to the delivery/return costs I will not be ordering with Office online again.

First class service. Great comms fast dispatch and well packaged

Really poor quality shoes. Second pair of shoes that have broken on minimal wear. Previously had a pair of shoes with a fault the same thing happened to the replacement. Not impressed at all.

I want a refund for one wear only shoes.Saying you'll pass it to a deparyment means nothing its an absolute fob off to paying customers

Won't be buying from Office in future. Its like throwing your money in the bin

Ordered over a week ago, proceeded to receive dispatch and arrived at collection point emails but then notified it was not shipped yet and was asked to deliver to a home address instead, when I provided this I was then informed my product was now out of stock. This was a week later than initially ordered and now awaiting a refund. Very disappointed.

Delivery was quick but item was too small. DPD delivery was just dumped on my doorstep so luckily didn’t get stolen. The return process is not great either. I’ll shop in store next time

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes online, out of the 3 I only kept 2 pairs and took 1 pair back into the store for a refund, the manager dealt with my request very professionally and quickly, while I was in the shop I ended up buying a pair of shoes.
Very pleased with the service I got at office in Leicester.

Sadly, Office cancelled my order without prior warning, due to no stock availability, even though they had just sent me an email to say that the product that I wanted was back in stock.

To order with office was straight forward procedure, the parcel was quickly sent for delivery& delivery service was good.

I can not get through to anyone about refunding the item. Very disappointed doesn't seem like real leather straps
